Not happy with this apartment.
Pros:

Went for business, arrived late, original reservation not available, waited to get in to a different appointment.Music from neighbors was load at 4 am, need to call security.Internet didn’t work, adress everyday with no resolution until they stop responding. Not happy. Long hair all over the floors, not clean.

El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo.
Tuve dos problemas:
Se me acabó el papel higiénico, en el rollo de papel, había poco de este. No había un repuesto. Llamé a la madrugada para que me lleven un papel, lastimosamente la señora que hablé me comunicó que no había alguien que me lo diera, y que me lo daban el dia siguiente.Terrible.
También, no habia secador de pelo, lo necesitaba para la noche para poder peinarme.
Llamé y pedí el secador de pelo, pero me comunicaron que no había nadie quién me entregue, y que me lo darían el día siguiente.
Deberían tener una persona permanente en el lugar, para que resuelva inconvenientes.

Cant even check a person in properly
Pros:

They did not have my reservation so it took hours to check in even after I showed them all the confirmation. Rooms do no have temperature control and bed sheets/pillows are cheap. Bad experience would not stay again.

I had an incredible stay at this property! The location was absolutely amazing, making it easy to explore the area. The rate was also very competitive, making it an unbeatable value.

It seems like a brand new property. The staff is super kind, both the front door staff and the one who communicate with you via WhatsApp (the staff of the sister hotel less so). They are extremely responsive. The location is great, near lots of restaurants and the beautiful Carolina park.

It was not worth the money that I paid. Very dissappointed by the experience.
Pros:

Very clean, safe.

Cons:

Lots of internet problems. The signal at times became weak and I could not participate in some very important video calls. There were times when it did not work at all. One day, the electricity went off and on four times and I was unable to participate in my work calls. The key card did not work so that I could have access to the hotel gym on the 7th floor which was very important to me. I called to have it fixed but no one came. I called again and a maid came and moved me into room 905 which was very nice but the internet still was disfunctional. The view from room 907 was terrible. I could only see the building accross the street. There was no view of anything else. Very dissappointing.

Está aún en terminación de trabajos y llega a ser molesto encontrar en áreas comunes herramientas por ejemplo.

No contestan rápido. El apartamento es bastante frio.
