The location is amazing, so close to main attractions.
A little dated. The name of the hotel and the photos changed online so was a bit misleading and confusing to find on the map.

The hotel is in a nice location. The rooms are clean and there is a pool also. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.
Overall a great place to stay and great value. Location is the biggest plus. Can walk to everything in town and surrounded by food and shopping options

My first night was very loud because I had a room right on the main road. I was able to switch for the rest of my trip.
My wife and I and our 18yr old daughter stayed at this hotel. My wife and I had one room and our daughter had her own room. The hotel was well located to all the shops and activities in Hoi An. The hotel is quaintly and rustically decorated, which we loved. The staff was friendly and helpful. They resolved an slight issue immediately, provided information and booked an activity, including transport to and from the activity at very short notice. They provided breakfast, which was good, for us earlier than the stated breakfast times to accommodate an excursion and us having to leave for the airport. We loved Hoi An and will definitely stay here on our return
There was no safe in the room
Very clean, friendly staff, excellent location.
Location amazing. Flexible staff. They could see we were unhappy from arrival. Spoke with reception who were quite resigned to our reaction. Showed us a few rooms so did get better room for night and agreed we woud leave next day so happy that hotel acknowledged our disappointment and did not hold us to full 6 night booking. This gave us opportunity to arrange more suitable accommodation and enjoy our Hoi An experience

Their clothes washing service left my clothes smelling like mould.
The aircon unit in the room was not powerful at all we were very hot.
The plug sockets were awkwardly situated behind the bed headboard.
They charged us for a bottle of water in the room which had been complimentary in most other hotels we stayed in.
Staff were very helpful especially Tri. Gave us loads of info and helped us with our stay. She was super. Great location and pool was very nice.
In the mornings it was noisey from like 7am onwards. Rooms are definitely not soundproof and can hear everything in the hotel.
Exceptional location, very short walk to the Ancient Old Town. Staff were always very helpful and so kind 24/7!
Unfortunately the bed and pillows weren’t comfortable. The mattress was lumpy in many places and should really be replaced years ago.

Room smaller than expected with a wardrobe at an angle which stuck out.
Bathroom door had a glass panel and there were no curtains or blinds in the bathroom, so all the light from outside came through in the mornings.

Clean, good wifi connection, air con, good shower pressure, excellent location walking distance to old town and F&B outlets. Free shuttle to private beach with sunbed and towel and restaurant. Will stay again on next visit.
Room fridge wasn’t working. Would be nice if room cleaners come after 1030am. They were knocking door around 9am. Could hear cleaning on upper floor. These are improvements for guests comfort.
Great location, room was comfortable but not spacious. Early checkin was available for us at 8am for a small extra charge which was a lifesaver
Cleaning wasn’t great. We got fresh towels but they had brown stains, our bins weren’t emptied by housekeeping and toilets weren’t clean. Amenities weren’t replaced. Advertised as having a restaurant with breakfast but it wasn’t open at all during our stay. Staff were not really attentive
Location was central walking distance from old quarter
The biggest con of the room we were given was the AIRCON. Firstly the aircon was centuries old, you could look and tell it had turned yellow on the outside. Secondly the placement of the aircon was so horrible. The person sleeping on the inside of the bed will suffer in the hoi an heat as the aircon did absolutely nothing. It took ages to cool down the room and when it did it would still feel as if the aircon was on 24 25 cool. We were meserable and had to take turns sleeping towards the other side of the bed where the cool air was coming. We would blast thw aircon at 16 hoping for the room to cool down but it did not do anything and 99% sure because of how old the aircon is. The hotel should do something about it as it is a massive negative thing specially for tourist in that scorching heat. The room is not at all soundproof we had 2-3 big families with kids living the floor and at 7 if they were in the pool good luck to getting sleep.
