Great location ! Lovely Staff!
Pros:

Great location in the heart of old quarter in Hanoi. The staff were super nice and Ann helped us with everything we needed. Great place to stay

Perfect location with amazing staff
Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect! Near everything we wanted to see. Eventough the ”sky bar” was completely closed you were still alowed to bring your own snacks and drinks to the rooftop terrace. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything.

Cons:

The room we stayed in wasn’t as clean as it could have been but the bed and bedding was still in perfect condition.

Alles Super
Pros:

Das gesamte Team war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben auch den Ha Giang Loop mit ihnen gebucht und hatten eine ganz tolle Tour! Lage ist auch super, alles in Gehweite erreichbar.

No sky bar or roof terrace as advertised, balcony big enough for 1 person to stand in if you didn't need to close the door, air-conditioning didn't work, shower very poor, with only trickle of water and dangerously slippy floor covering, terrible smell in room of damp,

Das tolle Team des Hotels hat uns einen tollen Start in den Urlaub bereitet.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren grossartig. Sie waren uns sehr zugewandt und haben alles dafür getan, unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas besonderem zu machen. Si haben uns gute Ausflugstipps gegeben, Eintrittskarten besorgt und für den Flughafenshuttle gesorgt.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und der Wasserduck der Dusche war spärlich.
