Great Value in a Beautiful Home
Pros:

Excellent hospitality, location, and comfortable stay. Great value for someone looking to visit London, specifically those interested in visiting Western University.

Cons:

Facilities will be shared with other guests, so your mileage may vary in that regard. Still, for the price that isn't a big demerit at all, just something to keep in mind.

Unclean and dirty washrooms with water pooling, dusty bedrooms, host was responsive.
Pros:

Host was responsive and came to clean the washrooms. Left within 90 mins of checking in, as I developed a rash from the dusty bedroom. (I never get allergies or rashes) Mr.Baroudi was nice to mention he will refund 2 out of 3 days of my stay booked there. Have not received it yet after 3 days.

Cons:

Unsanitary washrooms with water pooling in the sink and shower. Hair all over the place. Dusty bedrooms.

Pros:

Kind host, privacy, nice location, the room I stayed in was clean and in good shape.

Cons:

Kitchen tools & tableware were not cleaned properly. The shower and washroom needed to be washed. little natural light. A lot of noise from upstairs. I stayed in a room in the base,ment, people were on the floor above, it is to be expected. Just people living, nothing rude excessive but often and loud.
