Great place to stay, we will be back in the future!
Pros:

Clean facilities and rooms, comfortable beds

Cons:

AC did not work in the indoor pool area and a few rooms had to manually empty the condensation pans for the AC units.

Pros:

The staff was AMAZING and rooms were nice and my A/C stayed cold in my room. The front desk was always so friendly and super helpful. The staff at the restaurant was so friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean and cold which is what we needed in the heat.

Cons:

So the only complaint i had is the AC didnt work in the pool area and it felt like a sauna in the pool area and the restaurant was out of all you can eat pancakes for three days which the kids we were traveling with really wanted them so another kid friendly option would have been nice, maybe cereal. No Netflix connection on the TV was a bummer and maybe something to consider for a future guest.

I have stayed there several times and have been pleased. Water bottles in room would be a great add.
Pros:

Waitress was very friendly and nice. Coffee was good.

Cons:

Breakfast menu was too limited. I would consider the area and add some Mexican dishes.

I am from imperial and was honestly so surprised this hotel was this nice. Usually I’ll stay in el centro when I go visit but the location of other hotels is so inconvenient. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the hotel and then again when I got to my room. I loved the imperial valley pride shown in the lobby with the murals and art, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and had really cool lighting. I also appreciate the mini fridge since the valley is so hot, it saved my water bottles!

Хотела беше на изключително ниво по отношение на чистота и удобства. Има хубав басейн и бяхме в просторна стая.

Cons:

Единственото нещо за което не давам оценка 10 е закуската. Няма никакъв избор, яйца и бекон и като не ядеш такива неща оставаш без закуска.

Clean, Comfortable, and Friendly Hotel
Pros:

Cleanliness was top notch. Beds and pillows were so comfortable… made it hard to get out of bed! Staff was super friendly.

It is in a somewhat remote area, but easy to get to.
