Pros:

Location was great. Close to 7/11, Supermarkets and shopping areas. Unit was clean with plenty of towels, hand towels etc. Beds very comfortable, super large TV and comfortable couch. Car Parking at the front was very convenient (just make sure you request at time of booking as there are only 3 available spots). Great communication with owners/staff to help with any issues.

Cons:

There are no wardrobes in the bedrooms. Which is super hard when you have plenty of people that can stay in the rooms, but there is simply no where to store your clothes (other than on the ground in your suitcase). No dishwasher and unfortunately the unit only has a washing machine without the dryer function. And the wifi was not reliable. Would be great one minute, the next no signal.

Pros:

簡單來說，完全滿足了長輩的期待。家裡長輩甚至開始針對格局仔細研究
房間床墊好睡、客廳空間超大、電視好看、椅子好做可以容納六人甚至十人（如果床夠的話）
就是一個家的感覺，但廁所跟衛浴只有一間，出國旅遊來說，算是足夠啦！
有完整的廚房可以料理，操作直覺與方便。
如果開車來要記得提早預約車位。
我覺得服務超級棒！！！！！！！！！

Great apartment close to Sapporo city centre
Pros:

Spacious apartment close to downtown Sapporo. Lots of beds, comfortable couch with huge TV, good sized kitchen. Easy to check in via door code. About 10min walk to central Sapporo. 7 eleven at the end of the street and close to other restaurants. Recommended.

Cons:

We stayed in winter and the road to the apartment and surrounding footpaths on next two city blocks were covered in slippery ice. A little bit dangerous for those that don’t normally live in snowy environments.

Lovely stay in Sapporo
Pros:

Owner was very welcoming and made it special for Christmas. Also was very good when I left my glasses and needed to return to get them

Cons:

Being very picky, would have liked english breakfast tea bags.

Home away from Home .
Pros:

Place was just as shown , good sized apartment for 3 adults and 4 teenagers . Walking distance to Susukino Station . The apartment had everything we needed to cater to our stay , full sized kitchen with all the necessary appliances to cook a a meal or to heat up your take away foods. Highly recommended to stay if you don't mind the short walk to the Tanukikoji Shopping Street .

Excellent location, quiet surroundings, feels homely, fully equipped as good as a home.
Pros:

Spacious, well equipped, responsive staff members, secure.

Cons:

Perhaps the parking space could be a bit more generous (but to be honest, we were driving a large car in the form of a Toyota Alphard). There were also some fuel / diesel smells when we opened the windows or in the elevator lobby area.

ゴージャスな居心地
Pros:

4名では広すぎるくらいの間取りで快適でした。
家電、食器等十分に用意されており、ソファー、大画面のテレビ、家具のセンスなどがホテル以上の快適な空間でした。
２泊でしたが、居心地が良くて贅沢な時間を過ごさせてもらいました。

Cons:

シャワーの温度が低めだったのとTVリモコンが効かなくなってしまって、電話で問い合わせたところ、すぐにスタッフの方が電池を届けてくださったり、湯温調整の仕方を教えて下さり、対応の速さに感謝でした。
