Pros:

Location was great and the staff at the reception was very helpful. They helped me with my invoice and ordered a taxi.
The hotel is very close to the city centre and the old town ruins (Serdica).
There are a lot restaurants and bars near the hotel.
The room 704 was clean, the shower worked well and the wifi was great.
The beds were nice too.
I stayed only for one night and it was nice.

Cons:

Not sure if there were any parking spaces available.

Pros:

Отличное расположение отеля — всё рядом: рестораны, кафе, а центр города в шаговой доступности. Очень удобно для прогулок и отдыха. В номере есть все необходимые средства гигиены, что делает пребывание ещё более комфортным.

Cons:

К сожалению, есть и минусы, которые испортили впечатление от проживания. Полотенца явно нуждаются в замене — нам достались с дырками, что недопустимо для отеля. Также изголовья кровати находятся в очень плохом состоянии и имеют неприятный запах. Учитывая, что это съёмный элемент, их можно было бы почистить или заменить, что значительно улучшило бы комфорт гостей.

Awesome stay in Sofia
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel, I can't emphasize how comfortable our stay was. The location is right in the middle of the city beside a busy road, but the windows are properly sealed and it's very quiet with the windows closed. Air conditioning is working, bed is comfortable. Also the shower water pressure is very strong and very enjoyable!

Cons:

Maybe the bedroom should have a little more bright down lights instead of only bedside lamp.

Excepcional hotel. Ubicación excelente en centro de Sofía.
Pros:

Excepcional. Hotel muy nuevo. Habitaciones amplias, camas muy cómodas. Ubicación excelente a 200 metros (3 minutos a pie) de la estación de metro de Serdica, línea directa con el aeropuerto. Y desde el hotel puedes ir andando a todos los lugares más importantes del centro de Sofía. Está todo muy cerca para hacerlo andando. Hotel espectacular. Sin ruido y realmente bueno. Sin duda la mejor opción para el centro de Sofía.
