Central hotel with very nice clean rooms
Pros:

Room was very clean and close to lots of shops and attractions

Cons:

The aircon doesn’t work very well. The night staff upon on arrival wasn’t very friendly and helpful (not sure if there was an English barrier or else)

Good hotel with some blips
Pros:

Good sized room, clean shower room, good location.

Cons:

The sheets and towels weren’t great quality (bottom sheet too small so kept getting scrunched up, towels thin and a bit rough). Both nights I stayed there all the lights / electrics in the room came on at 3:23am. Apparently that happened to all the guests but the hotel didn’t know why. It resulted in two poor nights’ sleep.

Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour visiter les principaux sites touristiques de la ville, très bien situé aussi si vous arrivez de l’aéroport par le métro. Restaurants, superettes et boulangerie à proximité. L’accueil et les services sont au top.

Cons:

La demande de facture à posteriori pas évidente, toujours en attente au bout d'une semaine après la demande. Aucun soucis pour obtenir les factures une fois revenu en France auprès des autres logements occupés pendant le séjour en Bulgarie.
... Dans les 5 minutes qui ont suivi mon commentaire ainsi qu'une petite relance par message via booking, j'ai réceptionné les factures avec des excuses. Comme je disais, le service est au TOP.

Comfortable and quiet place just a few yards from the sights
Pros:

Breakfast available at the cafe next door was very good. The hotel was quiet and very close to the metro station for the airport. Very nice shower.

Cons:

Nickel and diming : they provide one sachet of instant coffee for a 3 night stay and say that if you want more you can buy it at reception! Very difficult to darken the room at night to sleep; too many red lights etc.

Pros:

The beds were very comfortable. Room was a good size, modern and clean and well laid out. Shower was excellent.

Cons:

Didn’t replenish the coffee and complimentary bottled water which would have been nice
