Pros:

Central location, spacious room.

Cons:

There is an electric kettle in the room, but to replenish the supply of tea and coffee, you need to pay 2.5 euros, which is quite ridiculous. The hotel will not enrich itself by it, but it leaves a bad feeling. For 2.5 euros, one can go to the nearby grocery store and buy a package of tea bags.
Also, the fitness room is a little neglected in terms of cleanliness; there is a lot of women's long hair all around the floor.

A perfect place to stay to explore Sofia
Pros:

Central location very helpful staff, there was a lovely cafe adjoining the hotel to get breakfast. Clean and comfortable.

A very central hotel but small rooms
Pros:

The hotel is right at the center of Sofia, very easy to get there by Metro from the airport. Close to everything. The staff could smile a bit more.

Cons:

The room was not big and they design it so one door covers the bathroom and the shower please imagine that both are in use.
The system with breakfast is that you are buying a card for 7 euros and you get in the nearby restaurant 9 euros benefit. I think that this process could be done with less paper work.

Overal lekker dichtbij
Pros:

Dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden.
Schoon en netjes!

Cons:

Ontzettend gehorig! Je hoort de buren naar de toilet gaan. De afzuiging van de douche/toilet bij de buren hoor je ook ontzettend goed, erg vervelend als ze de afzuiging zijn vergeten uit te doen. Verder was alles oké!

Pros:

the location was really good, you where at walking distance from everything

Cons:

the windows didn't have black out so as soon as the sun rises the room was all light (that was like 5am in the morning).
