Pros:

員工都很親切，地點離南海難波車站很近，關西機場有特急可以1小時內到達，若出站後大約走3-5分就可以到。附近非常也非常熱鬧

Super hôtel pour une famille qui passe ses premiers jours au Japon 🇯🇵
Pros:

L’accueil absolument charmant et le personnel très prévenant et bienveillant. L’emplacement est impeccable pour se plonger directement dans l’ambiance d’Osaka - NAMBA. Beaucoup de restaurants, boutiques à proximité dont Les Halles couvertes. Ils proposent le petit déjeuner en partenariat avec un autre établissement et c’est très bien fait.
Bravo à toute l’équipe ! On se retrouve dans 20 jours pour notre dernière nuit à Osaka 💐

The location, facility and staff was great, but the amount we paid should include cleaning service everyday. &Here

The staff and the location.

Cons:

They don’t clean the room everyday. What’s the point of just taking our trash but not cleaning the room. The unit was not really cheap so it would be better if it is included cleaning the room everyday.

地點方便，設備很新，房型是上下舖，共4個床位，床很舒服，空間足夠，行李箱可全打開。有大餐桌很方便，
有廚房, 微波爐, 中型冰箱, 還附有餐具用品, 洗碗精跟菜瓜布
廁所、洗臉台、淋浴空間(有浴缸)皆是分開，很好使用

Cons:

隔音略差, 可以聽到樓上的腳步聲.

Pros:

Perfectly located hotel within the Namba area. Close to metro station and walking distance to many tourist locations.
Hotel is beautiful with lovely facilities. Comfortable common area, well stocked vending machines, washing machines and dryers.
Room was spacious, with an impressive shower room. Small kitchen with good sized fridge/freezer, stove top and cooking bits and pieces.
Would definitely book again.

난카이 난바역에서 가깝고 도톤보리 및 근처 맛집들을 걸어서 다닐 수 있어 아주 편리합니다.
무엇보다 직원이 친절하고 체크인, 체크아웃 전후 캐리어 보관도 가능해서 매우 좋았습니다.
조리 시설과 넓은 식탁이 있어 사온 음식을 먹기에도 좋았습니다.
적극 추천입니다.

Best location for Osaka. Clean, comfortable and affordable boutique hotel
Pros:

Perfect location and quiet. Free coffee facilities. Close to everything. Modern and good value for money

Cons:
