Great fit families
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel for families. Comfortable, spacious, and very clean

Wonderful and comfortable room with excellent service and location.
Pros:

Our stay in &Here Namba was wonderful! Room was exceptionally clean when we first entered and sufficiently spacious. We had 1 medium and 1 large suitcase with us and did not have issues storing the luggages without impeding movement in the room. Opening the suitcases, especially the large one, was a bit tight but still manageable. Location was perfect with many restaurants, market streets, and shopping malls nearby. Hotel staffs were very polite and could communicate effectively in English to make up for our non-existent Japanese skill. They were also able to assist with luggage delivery to our next location, which was a service not advertised but very very useful!

Cons:

Rooftop bar area was slightly underwhelming. Lifts were a bit slow but with only 4 levels it is really a minor gripe.

Clean, tidy and well run hotel close to all you should need
Pros:

Ours was a twin room with reasonable space for two adults and their luggage (tight but manageable). Laundry facilities were great (but well used so sometimes difficult to get machines). General amenities (like tea and coffee) are limited but many cafes close by. The train station giving you access to the whole city is 5 mins walk. Restaurants and shops of all kinds are nearby.

Cons:

Locality was good. Staff were great.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay. I would book here again
Pros:

The hotel was in a convenient location, close to Namba Walk and all the food and shops. Very close to Namba station, you can pull your luggage from the station to the hotel easily. The room was good sized and the beds was good sized, perfect for a family of 4.

Our favourite hotel during our Japanese holiday with innovative room layout the highlight for a family of four adults.
Pros:

Great hotel, conveniently located for transport, entertainment and shopping. Room design and layout is innovative and spacious by Japanese standards. Helpful staff and good on-site facilities.

Had a different hotel for our return to Osaka but cancelled it to stay here again!!
Pros:

Super close to everything we love in Osaka, had a fridge and a small dining table, could close off the bathroom and had a separate shower/toilet/bathroom sink. Brand new and super modern
