氛圍、位置、服務、環境

Cons:

房間隔音不好（樓上的碰撞聲）、電梯內很悶、房間窗簾有兩層但外層（不透光那層）客房說明影片沒教導要怎麼操作放下來，後來搜尋該窗簾公司的影片才曉得。

Cons:

The cleanliness was terrible. The room and bathrooms were extremely dirty. Housekeeping is provided every three days, which is not the problem. The real issue is the quality of the cleaning when it is done. It is simply unacceptable. They don't dust, and the cleaning is very superficial. Since we stayed for 10 days, by the end of our stay the room was in an unsanitary condition.

Pros:

Clean, new hotel, rooms were large and had a sitting area. More than enough space for a family of 4 plus 4 suitcases and hand luggage. Will definitely stay again if we return to the area. Location was great, close to the station, lots of food and shopping just outside

מיקום מצוין. נקי מאוד. יחסית מרווח מאוד מעוצב ומודרני.

Cons:

החלוקה של המיטות לא נוחה כל כך בעינינו. דורש "לזחול" למיטה ומעל מיטה נוספת. אולי תלוי בסוג החדר.
