Pros:

Je recommande fortement cet hotel. Accueil agreable et tres propre.
Emplacement pres de la station namba 5min a pied et dotombori (restaurant et boutoques souvenir a proximite).
J'y reviendrais avec grand plaisir !!

Modern, Comfortable and Excellent Stay
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at this hotel in Osaka. The design is modern with a beautiful Japanese style, and everything feels new, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms were more spacious than many others in Japan, with very comfortable beds and a really practical layout, including a fridge and microwave.
We also loved the self-service amenities like the coffee machines and laundry area, which made the stay even more convenient. The staff was very attentive, and the overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and relaxing. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Secure, close to min streets with shops and restaurants

Cons:

The beds are very comfortable but because they were placed one above the other it made it difficult to crowl in and out .. not a huge issue for me, but some people would find it a problem.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à &Here OSAKA NAMBA. L’établissement est moderne, propre et très pratique pour découvrir Osaka en famille.

L’un de ses grands points forts est son emplacement : l’hôtel est idéalement situé dans le quartier de Namba, à proximité des restaurants, des commerces, des rues animées et des transports. C’est parfait pour profiter de l’ambiance d’Osaka tout en pouvant se déplacer facilement vers les différents quartiers de la ville.

Le format appartement-hôtel est agréable lorsque l’on voyage à plusieurs, car il permet d’avoir plus d’autonomie qu’une chambre d’hôtel classique. Le logement reste fonctionnel et confortable pour se reposer après une journée de visite.

Malgré ces quelques points d’amélioration, nous gardons une bonne impression de &Here OSAKA NAMBA, notamment grâce à son emplacement, sa modernité et son côté pratique pour visiter Osaka.

Cons:

Cependant, nous avons trouvé que l’agencement des pièces n’était pas toujours bien pensé. Par exemple, l’évier placé à l’extérieur de la salle de bain peut surprendre et manque un peu de praticité. De plus, il n’y avait pas vraiment de rangement prévu pour les baskets et les pantoufles, ce qui est dommage, surtout dans un logement destiné à accueillir plusieurs personnes.

Would stay again
Pros:

The location is superb. Close enough to the action but still quiet (we were on 14th floor though), close to transport. The hotel is very new and clean, the staff from reception to the cleaners were all lovely.

Loved it, would recommend.
Pros:

Great location and use of space. Easy for our family to enjoy. NamBar was super for quick coffees in the morning and on-site laundry was super useful.

Cons:

No dish towels in the kitchenette - front desk staff suggested we use hand towels to dry dishes but it was less than ideal. A microfibre cloth would go a long way.

何を手にしても清潔感とオシャレ！
あと、ベットの快適さと部屋の広さ…なのにお安い！
立地も最高でした。

Cons:

照明のスイッチがわかりにくい
スクロールカーテンが閉まらず、朝方眩しくて目覚めてしまった
仕方ないけど、駐車場がないこと。

Really great stay and staff were lovely.
Pros:

Modern and had good facilities including a coin laundry room. Great location(5 minute walk from Namba station) and the staff were absolutely lovely - Kumar especially was very helpful and friendly in letting us keep our bag a night before arrival whilst we visited Koyasan. Thank you again!
