Pros:

I stayed at this hotel because I was attending a concert at Zepp Kuala Lumpur, and the location was honestly perfect. It’s right next to the venue and also very close to LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre, so there are plenty of high-end cafés and restaurants around.
There’s also a food shop at the hotel next door. While cleanliness could be improved, the food itself was really good—the chef clearly knows what he’s doing.
What really stood out to me was the reception team. They were extremely helpful with everything I needed, and I truly appreciate their service. The lobby also had a very pleasant fragrance, which made the place feel welcoming and thoughtfully maintained, even though it’s a simple hotel.
I also liked that they prepared a sejadah for guests—it was a nice and thoughtful touch. However, I think they may have forgotten to include a kiblat direction sticker, which would have been helpful.

Overall, a convenient stay with great service and thoughtful details.

Cons:

The room ventilation could be improved. Since there’s no window, it felt quite stuffy at times, especially when we first entered. The air conditioning was slow to cool down the room, so it was warm initially, although it did get better after a while.

Cleanliness is an area that needs attention. There was noticeable dust above the bed, which wasn’t pleasant. I also encountered a cockroach, likely coming from the nearby kitchen area, which was quite off-putting.

The room door was another issue—it didn’t close properly unless you pushed it hard, which was inconvenient.

Cons:

La chambre était pas propre, il y avais des tâches de saleté sur les mur, mes serviettes non pas été changer et il n'y avait pas de fenêtre et la clim ne fonctionnait pas trop et mon lit n'a même pas été fait heureusement j'avais réservé que pour 3 jours.
Ont ma même demander de payer 50Rm si je paye part carte
