Decent stay
Pros:

Got early check-in at 10:30am, really appreciate the lady at reception for that 🙏

Cons:

Swing bar door lock was damaged — metal rod missing.

Shower was leaking on and off after use, even up to an hour later.

Reception called saying next door complained we were loud, but we had literally just come back after a long day out. Honestly spoiled the mood since we were already tired.

Pros:

Friendly staff, very reliable. Can just park your car at the hotel, and use lrt/mrt as it very near to the hotel.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Budget hotel, great location, 10-15min walk to the busy Jalan Alor. Staff were very nice and helpful.
Breakfast was great, something for everyone to like.

Cons:

The entitlement and rudeness of tourists toward the staff. As an ex hospitality worker, I can't stand it.

Location is good, close to main attractions by walking.
Restaurant (breakfast 10rm, lunch and dinner with discount).
The staff is lovely especially Tesa.

Cons:

The A/C was loud and leaking, it hasn’t been fixed even if I asked them to.
