Beautiful place, nice host, good value
Everything good
I loved everything about this stay. The staff were amazing, Hieu and Thu were extremely hospitable and helpful. Hieu took me and my partner out to her favorite pho place, took us to the tailor, and served us traditional Hoi An breakfasts in the morning. Best experience of my life. The villa itself was beautiful, quiet, clean and still close to everything we wanted to do in Hoi An. 10/10 experience I would love to come back one day.

- Better to upgrade to rooms from first floor onwards as ground floor does not have ensuite
- Glass along front entrances to rooms were not soundproof so we could hear other guest's very easily

Very nice stay at Phuc Villa, Thu is a lovely and helpful person. She is very attentive, the accommodation is really beautiful and well located on a rather quiet island, yet not far from the old town by bike or scooter.
Absolutely wonderful villa with a peaceful room and great room service. The second-floor bedroom with a balcony is beautiful and quiet. Occasionally, we hear the calming sounds of geese and roosters. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. Great breakfast and lovely staff. The pool looks great and inviting, and it's big enough for my 100m mid-day splash.
It's about a 10-15 minute ride to the old town, which is fine.
Had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect location for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend and would love to return!
