Mujer encantadora que te ayuda en todo lo que esté en su mano, sea ajustando los horarios a tus necesidades y planes como para alquilarte una moto o bicicleta. Habitacion muy limpia.
La ubicacion esta en una zona tranquila, cosa que se agradece, pero se necesita moto o bicicleta para visitar los lugares turisticos de Ninh Binh.
Staff were amazing! There was one women organising everything for us. Cleaned the room while we went out for the day as we stayed for 2 nights. We hired motorbikes and bicycles to explore the area in tam coc. Beers and water in the fridge downstairs were affordable as well. Paid everything at the end so we weren’t disturbing her in the night
For me personally I would’ve liked that the water in the shower could’ve been ice cold, but I understand that’s just being picky. My partner enjoyed the electric heated showers

The neighbour did a campfire al the time an so the ventilation in the bathroom sucked the smoke into the room. Also the drain in the bathroom smelled not realy good. The pool looks better at the pictures than it is in real.

We stayed here twice! Hue was the loveliest person, she always welcomed us with a smile. The room was spacious, clean and the bed so comfortable! Shower was great, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. We rented a scooter from Hue and she also arranged our onward travel onto Cat Ba. The homestay is about a 20 minute walk from the main hub of Tam Coc but this suited us as the views from the bedroom and back terrace were fab 😊

I really liked this accommodation! Really kind hospitality, and also my child was playing with children of the hostess, as if they were old friends 🥰 if I come back to Ninh Binh, I’ll definitely take this place again!
