Parfait
Pros:

La disponibilité, la discrétion et la gentillesse de Hué toujours attentive pour satisfaire nos demandes. Nous la remercions.
Nous étions dans la chambre 102, elle était grande avec rangement, portant et climatisation et nous a donné satisfaction.
L'emplacement un peu excentré est proche des rizières.
Une terrasse au 1er étage permet de passer un moment au calme avec vue sur les rizières et les falaises
L'endroit correspond, ce qui est rarement le cas, à la description Boooking
Nous recommandons chaudement

La chambre est spacieuse et fonctionnelle. La piscine est agréable. L’hôte est de très bon conseil. Il est possible de faire un check-in en avance si votre bus arrive tôt (pour 100k dong)

Cons:

La vue depuis la chambre n’est pas très jolie. Celle de la terrasse au premier étage est bien mieux. Le petit déjeuner est simple

Vue sublime !
Pros:

La chambre était très spacieuse et propre et la vue était incroyable! Nous avons adoré l’emplacement, un peu excentré mais c’est ce qui permet cette vue et ce calme et tout est accessible facilement à vélo. L’hôte fera tout pour vous aider :)

Great stay, nice host, beautiful landscapes!
Pros:

The host is very a very sweet person - she was there to help if needed but also left us alone if not! In home stays I often have the feeling that I have to interact a lot with the host, which wasn‘t the case here at all. We felt very free to come and go as we wanted :)
Also, the view from the balcony is beautiful! It is nice to live outside the city of Ninh Binh, but also not in the heart of Tam Coc. Though, the restaurants/ATM/etc. in Tam Coc are easy to reach by bicycle or scooter. We rented both for our sightseeing tours which were also not so far from the accommodation.
