Quiet place a littlebit outside from Tom Coc. Rebt scooter easyli direct at the Hotel
The neighbour did a campfire al the time an so the ventilation in the bathroom sucked the smoke into the room. Also the drain in the bathroom smelled not realy good. The pool looks better at the pictures than it is in real.

We stayed here twice! Hue was the loveliest person, she always welcomed us with a smile. The room was spacious, clean and the bed so comfortable! Shower was great, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. We rented a scooter from Hue and she also arranged our onward travel onto Cat Ba. The homestay is about a 20 minute walk from the main hub of Tam Coc but this suited us as the views from the bedroom and back terrace were fab 😊

I really liked this accommodation! Really kind hospitality, and also my child was playing with children of the hostess, as if they were old friends 🥰 if I come back to Ninh Binh, I’ll definitely take this place again!

The highlight? The view from the back onto the rice paddies — absolutely peaceful. Our room was large and immaculate, and the owner went above and beyond from the very first moment. She even handed us a scooter while we waited for check-in, which gave us an unexpected and brilliant introduction to Ninh Binh.

באמת נהנו מכל רגע שם, בעלת המקום הייתה כל כך נחמדה וזמינה לכל דבר שהיינו צריכים.

Tout était parfait, Hue la gérante est adorable et fait en sorte que tout se passe au mieux. Les chambres sont grandes et propres, literie confortable. L’endroit est calme en plein milieu de rizières. Nous avons pu louer un scooter.

Nous étions dans la chambre 102, elle était grande avec rangement, portant et climatisation et nous a donné satisfaction.
L'emplacement un peu excentré est proche des rizières.
Une terrasse au 1er étage permet de passer un moment au calme avec vue sur les rizières et les falaises
