Pros:

La situation quasiment SUR le Lac. Les deux restaurants de très bonne qualité. Le personnel très sympathique et compétent. Les activités proposées. Sympathique salle de sport.

Cons:

Les problèmes "techniques" : la climatisation ne fonctionne pas, la télé nous a lâché le premier soir (on n'a pas réclamé, car on n'était pas là pour regarder la télé, mais bon...). L'absence de "point d'eau" chaud : pas de jacuzzi et la piscine n'est pas chauffée.

In summary, we really liked the place; and if we had to do it again, we would definitely go back.
Pros:

We liked the hotel itself (the location is incredible), although the overall soundproofing isn’t very good.

Cons:

While the reception service and the advice provided were excellent, and the staff in general was very kind, the disappointment came from the lack of organization within the breakfast team — repeated mistakes and forgotten orders. Everyone is very friendly, but there's a serious lack of efficiency.

Pros:

It was a beautiful place with amazing views. The food was wonderful, a few of the staff were outstanding, the rest let the place down which soured our experience but overall it was a lovely place to stay.
