We like the facility very much. It is very clean and secure. We stay in the 20 floor. We had three lifts to move up and down, but the lifts are very reliable and working really well. In conjunction to that. That was a swimming pool approximately 60 m x 10 m. The Swimming Pool is good to do laps swimming. We performed 30 laps every day, the water is so clear and clean. And also the gym, table tennis, sauna, bbq, children play ground… are located next to the Swimming pool. Everything is so clean and the facilities are extremely exceptional with city views. It is perfect for photos shot.
Our group consists of seven people and the average age is around 68 years old. We arrive Kuala Lumpur a little bit late at 11 PM. The host is still waiting and help us to settle into the apartment. The next day they brought some coffee and other some extra household needs for us. they also provided some guidance touring around Kuala Lumper and suggest some other famous places to visit.
The last day of our journey, Annie and Ray (Host), they came to help us with the luggages into the bus and also refund for us the secure deposit money.
In summary, I highly recommend for multiple couple travelers, family travelers or small group of travelers. This is a nice place to stay around Kuala Lumper.
In my own note, I wish to take opportunity to say thank you Annie and Ray for their hospitality. The trip was an excellent and it will remain on us for many years.

Clean and comfortable for family! Location is super strategic where you can have access to the nearest restaurants and shops.

The entire of apartments are clean, tidy, and cosy.
1. The host did not send us the key handling procedures one day in advance of the checking date.
We have to call her, and we got the check-in information at 2pm on the check-in date.
2. The host informed us at last minute that the apartment we booked was unavailable. The reason was the previous guest in the apartment was infected covid. I was suspicious of the explanations she was given.
3. She offered us another apartment, but the location was not what we wanted. she asked us to cancel the booking if we don't accept the offer.
The request from her is totally unacceptable.
We are forced to accept her offer cause we can't find a place at the last moment.
We don't feel comfortable and very disappointed from the whole process of checking in by the host.
Very clean and comport and good support from staff.
