Run by Indians with very limited English and hard to get hold of. Definitely won't be staying there

Location was fine

Cons:

The bathroom was disgusting, shower curtains were filthy , grouting hadn't been scrubbed for months by the looks , tiles were slippery, no extractor fan , just a window, dirt under the vanity , hair in cupboards and drawers , and 1 towel for us to share, not enough milk in fridge , microwave to cook food with. And the noise of the overflow pipe water on the tin roof all night . So no sleep. No extra pillows or blankets in cupboard.

It was in need of a little up keep. But over all it was fine.
Pros:

Large room with plenty of space for my wife's wheelchair.

Cons:

No grab rail in the wet area shower. No extra blankets. Pillows were very thin.

Very disappointed my room was double booked.
Pros:

Didn't have one.

Cons:

My room had been double booked so I had to sleep in my car as there was no other accommodation in Invercargill.

Great customer service and good value
Pros:

Harry went out of his way to enable an early check in for two soggy cyclists. And even found us a hose to wash our bikes!
Spacious apartments. Very quiet and clean
