I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent seven-day stay at your hotel. I have stayed in many four-star hotels around the world, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet the standards I normally associate with such a rating.

At first glance, the hotel appears attractive: the interior design is pleasant, the rooms are nice, and the pools and jacuzzi look appealing. However, the water in both the pools and the jacuzzi was extremely cold, to the point where it was impossible to use them comfortably. The jacuzzi was only switched on for five minutes per hour, but this was irrelevant, as the water temperature made it unusable anyway.

In the room, only plastic-wrapped items and plastic cups were provided; there was not a single glass cup available. The ice bucket had no plastic liner. Additionally, the trash was not emptied during housekeeping, so we had to dispose of it ourselves. The safe in the room had a dead battery; despite reporting this issue twice, the battery was never replaced.

Breakfast was particularly disappointing. For a four-star hotel, it is unacceptable to have guests sit on uncomfortable plastic chairs. Although breakfast is included in the accommodation, the options are extremely limited: either one croissant or an omelet made from two eggs. Any additional food costs extra (USD 15 per portion), and even then, coffee and juice are no longer included. Three slices of bread were served with only one very small portion of butter, which was not even enough for half a slice. I weigh 75 kg, and I believe it is reasonable to expect a breakfast of two croissants or four eggs.

I have not even mentioned yet that it often took around 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged us at breakfast.

While the staff were very kind and always smiling, reporting issues to them unfortunately resulted in no action being taken.

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación estratégica y cómoda, fácil de llegar a la playa y al centro donde están todos los restaurantes y las tiendas de conveniencia como almacenes o supermercados. El personal también fue muy amable y servicial. El desayuno muy completo y rico. El área de la piscina limpio y vistoso de noche con la iluminación. Habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas, camas grandes y cómodas, las habitaciones contaban con todo lo necesario: plancha para la ropa, secador de pelo, caja fuerte, toallas para la playa, heladera, cafetera, entre otras cosas.
