Gunstig gelegen
Pros:

Mooie plek, ruim appartement, mooi zwembad met heerlijke ligweide. Mooie plek ook om te fietsen, uit de drukte van het gardameer. Voldoende winkels en restaurants in de buurt.

Cons:

Je zit iets buiten de drukte maar tegelijkertijd blijk je toch vol in de drukte te zitten. Een voortdurend blaffende hond, verbouwingsactiviteiten en hoewel het een doodlopend straatje is blijkt het nogal druk met bestemmingsverkeer. Als je echt stilte en rust zou ik dit niet aanraden.
