We loved Milan and Numa was great.
Pros:

Great central location. Room larger than expected and loved having a little balcony. Quiet area that suited us. Having lockers to store your luggage for free before check in and after check out was a great advantage.

Cons:

Nothing really, it suited our needs perfectly.

Pros:

Sicuramente la struttura ha del potenziale per gli arredi e la posizione in pieno centro.

Cons:

Quando sono arrivato il codice funzionava soltanto per entrare nel palazzo ma non nella camera assegnata. La causa era la fase finale del check-in nella parte che competeva alla struttura: nonostante avessi avvisato del mio arrivo alle 20.00.
L’assistenza in lingua italiana ha risposto dopo quasi 40 minuti nonostante due chiamate.
L’acqua della doccia e del lavandino era solo bollente, impossibile usarla.
Per una qualifica 4 stelle… frigobar vuoto.
Il prezzo sicuramente non valeva la scarsità del servizio offerto.
