Pros:

Location is very convenient for Milan attractions with many of them in the walking distance; it was spoilt a bit by construction works nearby that made noise overnight, but this was tolerable. The one bedroom apartment that we stayed in was on the ground floor, yet as this is an elevated floor then not much interference with the street, and the street itself is quiet.

Breakfast was included and offered some choice if not much; it was all well-cooked and nicely served, the staff serving breakfast were very welcoming and efficient. A little life hack: the breakfast room has an entrance not only from the apart hotel but also from the street, and serves locals as a small outlet for a cup of morning coffee on the way to their daily business, with sofas and coffee table area that gives some natural separation from the area intended for the hotel residents. This was not a problem and the Italian language is beautiful :-) but if you prefer quieter time for breakfast, you may want finishing it by 9 o'clock - the advice we most of time didn't follow ourselves as we are late sleepers and consider watching local customs a part of a guest experience.

Cons:

The check-in was not entirely smooth, as the code sent by email gave access to the hotel but not to the room (apartment). The staff needed looking into passports before unlocking the code for the apartment, but there is no reception per se - not even a bell to ring, just a WhatsApp that is responsive but you talk to a chatbot before getting a chance of chatting with a human. It _looks like_ you can unlock entrance to the room via talking to the chatbot if you scanned your passports beforehand using the app (which we did) but this did not work in our case, perhaps because we misprinted the reservation ID on the first attempt in WhatsApp when arrived and discovered there is no manned reception. So we had to interact with a chatbot then wait for a human staff to come by and look into passports; it overall took 20 minutes or more for us to make sense of the situation and to check in.

Internet WiFi connection was good for the most of our stay but broke on the weekend and was not restored on Sunday when we reported it in WhatsApp. The staff reacted and investigated, but there was possibly no one knowledgeable in the weekend to actually resolve it.The WiFi connection was active, but the endpoint somehow lost connection to a gateway, hence no hotel-supplied Internet for the entire Sunday, so we used our mobile connection instead.

Hôtel confortable et central : à choisir sans hésitation
Pros:

La localisation est excellente, à 10 minutes à pied du Duomo, en plein dans le centre touristique de Milan. L'appartement est propre et confortable, finalement assez grand, avec tout ce qu'il faut. La rue est calme. En l'absence de réception, l'entrée se fait grâce à un code, mais c'est très simple. Les casiers à bagage sont suffisamment grands et simples d'utilisation. Ils sont très utiles. Dans la journée, le personnel est présent et à l'écoute des moindres difficultés.

Cons:

- c'est un appartement prévu pour 4 personnes mais il n'y a que deux chaises. Quand on veut manger ensemble, c'est un peu compliqué, dommage.
- nous avons eu un problème de chauffage intempestif qui surchauffait et que nous n'arrivions pas à règler. Le personnel a fait intervenir un technicien pour résoudre le problème. Pour nous dédommager de ce désagrément, on nous a permis de rester gratuitement le dernier jour jusqu'à 13 heures, ce qui m'a permis de me doucher après l'arrivée du Marathon de Milan. Encore merci pour cette gentillesse.

Nous avons regretté qu’il n’y ait pas de pain qui soit proposé. Nous avons regretté que vous nous proposiez des biscottes…
Et puis, pour vous informer de notre départ via le QR Code installé derrière la porte de la chambre, pourriez-vous proposer d’autres langues outre l’anglais, s’il vous plait ?

Ubicación muy buena
Las habitaciones también están bien. Cama cómoda y bien decoradas. El interior del edificio muy bonito. Salón de desayuno muy acogedor

Cons:

Nos cambiaron la habitacion en el ultimo momento por otra de calidad inferior y aunque nos dijeron que nos hacían un reembolso del 25% fue una faena

Cons:

The hotel was self service and no one let us know. We only found out when we arrived at the hotel. The app to do the check in was difficult to navigate and took us an hour to figure out how to do the check in. The rooms were not cleaned during our stay only once in 7 days.
