The resort is very beautiful, and the place is over a hundred years old, rich in art and beauty in every detail. The doors, windows, and plants surround the area, making the experience even more enjoyable. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. It’s a quiet place with kind people. I am happy with this experience and recommend visiting this resort. A huge thank you to Pawan, who took care of all the details and worked to ensure our comfort for an enjoyable experience. He helped us choose the tourist spots.
No thing
The staff and facilities . Breakfast very good
Very pleasant for kids.specialy thanks to Mr pawan to take care of us and his polite behaviour. Definitely we will recommend this place to family and friends 😊 we had our good time here between nature, it was awesome 👌
All was good
Property was great, the aesthetics were great, room was well done.
Breakfast items were out of stock. Despite confirming the same one night before, we were disappointed and left waiting for breakfast.
Payment was a huge challenge, not sure why they struggled to charge the card. Had them follow up with me to complete payment the following day, despite swiping my card twice at checkout.
The house was beautifully renovated.
Location in the village of ucassaim was too good.
The staff were courteous and always on call.
Special mention Satpal and Pi Ho
The plumbing
The kitchen hygiene
Beautifully restored Portuguese home
I had an amazing experience at Lamrin Ucassaim Next to Moira. The property is beautifully designed with a perfect mix of Goan charm and modern comfort. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. The location is peaceful, ideal for relaxing, yet still conveniently close to the main attractions.
The hospitality was outstanding — the staff was warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Every request was handled with professionalism and a smile. The food was delicious, and the service quality was truly top-notch.
Overall, Lamrin Ucassaim delivers a premium boutique stay with exceptional comfort and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm, luxurious, and memorable experience in Goa!
Nothing
Lamrin Ucassaim exceeded all my expectations. The moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and attention to detail that this property is known for. The rooms are elegant, very clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The ambiance of the entire place is serene — ideal for anyone wanting privacy and relaxation.
The staff deserves special appreciation. Their hospitality was exceptional, always prompt and genuinely caring. The quality of service, cleanliness, and overall experience felt truly premium.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Lamrin Ucassaim to couples, families, and solo travellers looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay in Goa. Definitely one of the finest boutique properties in the area!
Slightly premium pricing, but the, service quality and ambiance justify it
Great Staff, Comfortable & luxurious stay which calm my mind, Food was finger-licious with any time buttler service. Great experiance, I always recommend Lamrin Hotels.
Nothing.
It's in a quiet neighborhood, done up tastefully and is comfortable and spacious. The chef makes anything you request. I had a Goan curry with rice.
It’s very beautiful property and staff and very supportive and always attentive for service. Food was delicious. Rooms are neat and clean.
All good
The biggest charm of Lamrin Goa is its location. Tucked in behind the lovely Elizabeth Church in Ucassaim, in the quiet village of Moira, it feels far removed from the buzz of touristy Goa. You’re surrounded by silence. I simply loved walking in the quiet neighbourhoods in the evenings and gushing over the gorgeous indo-portuguese bungalows.
This is an old heritage property with just six rooms - so it doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel - and honestly, calling it that is a bit misleading. It’s more of an intimate homestay experience.
The staff are polite and helpful at all times, most notably the hospitality of the manager, Mr Prathamesh. The in-house chef cooks some really delicious meals. Though the menu is limited and the food is surprisingly expensive. I’d definitely recommend stepping out to eat at the lovely cafés around Moira and Mapusa.
The garden and landscaping are a highlight — beautifully maintained and adding to the calm, homely vibe.
Come here only if you’re looking to unwind, disconnect from the world, and don’t mind being away from constant Wi-Fi and city conveniences.
Room Maintenance:
Basic upkeep is overdue. In our room, the washbasin was cracked, the hand towel holder was broken, the almirah didn’t open and close smoothly, and the shower had almost no water pressure. These are small fixes, but they matter.
Cleanliness:
Daily cleaning was done, but not thoroughly — tables weren’t always wiped, and things were left on sofas and surfaces. Room was not cleaned daily, but only done when asked - maybe that's their policy to not disturb the clients - but the staff should at least ask if room cleaning is required.
Stocking Essentials:
On the first day, we were told there was no basil for pasta and no cereal for breakfast because it was “off-season.” That’s not an excuse when guests are staying — basic pantry items should always be stocked.
If these issues are addressed, this place could easily be a 10/10 stay.
The location is beautiful, peaceful quiet. Lovely neighborhood. The old Portuguese home is gorgeous. Lots of green around and great walking paths.
I think overall the cleanliness, the property is beautifully done up but it’s needs an upkeep , need to spur up the bathroom.
Also the breakfast was below average. The English breakfast didn’t seem anywhere close to it.
I loved the ambience, food and above all the team members. Will definitely visit again. This is a must visit place
Beautiful courtyard, neighbourhood. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Offered early check in and late check out which is very kind.
The fixtures in the bathroom need some work or an upgrade.
The property, is extremely beautiful and they have exquisitely restored 18th‑century Indo‑Portuguese villa which combines vintage furnishings and carved teak with thoughtful modern touches. Staying here felt like being immersed in a Portuguese manor, with all the comforts of luxury. I would for sure recommend this and the best thing about this property is location, which is in North Goa, still so serene, the butler service is top notch and food is delicious.
