Pros:

The hotel is in a beautifully restored Portuguese bungalow. The food is freshly prepared and was delicious.

Absolutely fantastic experiance
Pros:

The property is located in a very quiet and beautiful part of the village, close to a church as well as a 5 min walk from a very poplar bar :)
The food cooked up and served by the in-house chef Bijoy there was absolutely fantastic and an absolute surprise , from a European, to local Goan , to local any part of Indian...all was top notch.
The staff there with Kimi and her assistant was absolutely fantastic? very caring and hospitable
The property manager Kishan was absolutely fantastic, very attentive, caring and hospitable.
Its like staying in your private villa!
The property is better looking than the pictures on the site, it is very well maintained and the staff training is amazing.
We had an absolutely fantastic stay and will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

Cons:

Difficult to say! everything was so good.
But if I have to be critical, maybe the facets in the bathroom areas could be replaced for something more functional.

The resort is very beautiful, and the place is over a hundred years old, rich in art and beauty in every detail. The doors, windows, and plants surround the area, making the experience even more enjoyable. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. It’s a quiet place with kind people. I am happy with this experience and recommend visiting this resort. A huge thank you to Pawan, who took care of all the details and worked to ensure our comfort for an enjoyable experience. He helped us choose the tourist spots.

Good, but could be much better
Pros:

Property was great, the aesthetics were great, room was well done.

Cons:

Breakfast items were out of stock. Despite confirming the same one night before, we were disappointed and left waiting for breakfast.
Payment was a huge challenge, not sure why they struggled to charge the card. Had them follow up with me to complete payment the following day, despite swiping my card twice at checkout.
