Pros:

The hotel staff provided excellent service. They waited for us even though we checked in late at night.

Cons:

The only downside was that there was no hot water when we checked in, and it wasn't fixed by noon the next day when we left. Very disappointing.

Приятный персонал! Я приехала раньше и меня посадили в саду, напоили чаем. Просьбы быстро решали. Номер был чистым, опрятным.

Cons:

Ночью в окна светил прожектор со стены и в комнате было светло даже при закрытых шторах. Дверь в туалет не закрывается плотно. Но эти пункты убирают лишь 1 пункт из 10. Остальное было хорошо :)

Lovely spacious room near Anatyla’s Old Town
Pros:

Beautiful spacious room. Good facilities. Nice staff. Very close to the old town/harbour and not far from the tram that goes direct to and from the airport (if you’re not carrying much luggage!)

Cons:

I thought the staff could have more helpful with advice on public transport. I ended up downloading the Moovit ap. Easy to get to airport on tram even before 6am and to get to the waterfalls north of town by dolmas.
