Pros:

The staff and the manager was really communicative and responds very quick. They are very helpful.

Our location was just outside Sun Plaza and that was a really great thing to consider when booking an accommodation.

If you’re hesitating even for a second, trust me: don’t go

Cons:

Our stay was absolutely desperate. We were only planning to be there for five hours because we had to catch a bus, but everything that could go wrong did go wrong. To start with, the place looks nothing like the photos. It was freezing because neither the air conditioning nor the heating worked. There was no hot water, and the room had mold and was dirty.

I honestly don’t understand why this place has such high ratings on Booking, especially. Based on our experience, they are completely misleading.

On top of that, the staff—although not speaking English is totally fine—were very unfriendly, or rather, they simply didn’t care about us at all.
It’s not worth it.

Pay a bit more and stay somewhere else.

Cons:

La habitación estaba muy fría, no había ningún medio ni aparato para calentarla, tuvimos que pedir más mantas para poder dormir. La ducha fue bastante incómoda.

A nice, no frills stay at a great price!
Pros:

For the price, it was surprisingly really good! Spacious, no frills, yet quite comfortable. The bed was good and the shower had great pressure and excellent temperature. And the location was perfect!!

My Home in Sapa
Pros:

The Hotel is just 120 meters from the Sapa Square or the city centre. Surrounded by restaurants and food stalls. Seated next to Fansipan Cable Car Station. Staff were so kind, polite and proactive, led by Ms Lana. They were so friendly. Room was huge and clean. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in Sapa. And definitely I will come back again whenever I am in Sapa.

Đã đến nơi đây nghỉ 1 ngày và phải chuyển đi vì ko thích thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên ks này, sẽ k ghé lần 2

Phòng và mọi thứ cũ kỹ ko được như trên ảnh

Đánh giá phòng : ga giường sờn, có vẻ k đc sạch sẽ
Nhà vệ sinh k chốt được cửa trong, và bị thủng 1 lỗ ở cửa mà k khắc phục

Book phòng 3 giường mà có 1 gường 1m6 và 2 giường 1m4. Nằm Rất chật

Nice place to spend couple of day on Sapa amazing staff who can help you in everything you need!
Pros:

The staff was amazing so cute to help us to plan as better as we can our stay. The reception open 24h also! Amazing the room and the position!

Cons:

The room was very nice but could be more clean when we did the check up we found some plastic and dust under our bed. The rest honestly was well cleaned. The WiFi work but. A bit slow and the hot water work but better wait between the first and the second shower!
