Nice location
Pros:

Near in sapa station

Cons:

Toilet door has a whole in the lower part and also its weird that its lock is outside not inside of the toilet 😅 but we don't mind it because we always outside of the hotel 😅

We book the hotel on last minute. It was not so good. The location is good. But the building have no proper maintenance.
Pros:

Location is just in front of Sun plaza

Cons:

There is no proper maintenance on the property. Its already old inside. No proper cleaning. Needs painting. Our door was hard to close. And the Key was sometimes not working.

Onvriendelijk en niet engels sprekend personeel, en de hygiene

De locatie is goed

Cons:

Het begon al slecht met een niet engels sprekende receptioniste en het feit dat er geen wisselgeld aanwezig was. Vervolgens lag er een dode muis in het toilet, groeide er paddenstoelen uit de badkamerdeur, schimmel aan het plafond in de hotelkamer en een doorgezakt bed.

Cons:

The staff was so rude, she wasn’t nice at all. Yelled at me at the middle of the night and said something in Vietnamese to me, the tone sounds like she cursed me. I dont recommend at all, she didn’t want to show me the room before i pay!

Un stop pour Fansipan et retour!
Pros:

Bonne place pour aller à Fansipan par funiculaire et télécabine

Cons:

Le service réduit de la réception! L’eau bouillante a régler bien avant de prendre une douche ( sans quoi on s’ébouillante)la climatisation dans la chambre 302 HS ainsi que la TV et une poignée de fenêtre qui brillait par son absence

Our stay will always be memorable and we will book this hotel again when we come back to Sapa ❤️
Pros:

The staff and the manager was really communicative and responds very quick. They are very helpful.

Our location was just outside Sun Plaza and that was a really great thing to consider when booking an accommodation.
