Pros:

NOTHING

Cons:

The staff was so rude, she wasn’t nice at all. Yelled at me at the middle of the night and said something in Vietnamese to me, the tone sounds like she cursed me. I dont recommend at all, she didn’t want to show me the room before i pay!

Un stop pour Fansipan et retour!
Pros:

Bonne place pour aller à Fansipan par funiculaire et télécabine

Cons:

Le service réduit de la réception! L’eau bouillante a régler bien avant de prendre une douche ( sans quoi on s’ébouillante)la climatisation dans la chambre 302 HS ainsi que la TV et une poignée de fenêtre qui brillait par son absence

Pros:

The staff and the manager was really communicative and responds very quick. They are very helpful.

Our location was just outside Sun Plaza and that was a really great thing to consider when booking an accommodation.

Está bien ubicado y facilitan actividades como trekking a buen precio.

Cons:

La habitación estaba muy fría, no había ningún medio ni aparato para calentarla, tuvimos que pedir más mantas para poder dormir. La ducha fue bastante incómoda.

If you’re hesitating even for a second, trust me: don’t go

Our stay was absolutely desperate. We were only planning to be there for five hours because we had to catch a bus, but everything that could go wrong did go wrong. To start with, the place looks nothing like the photos. It was freezing because neither the air conditioning nor the heating worked. There was no hot water, and the room had mold and was dirty.

I honestly don’t understand why this place has such high ratings on Booking, especially. Based on our experience, they are completely misleading.

On top of that, the staff—although not speaking English is totally fine—were very unfriendly, or rather, they simply didn’t care about us at all.
It’s not worth it.

Pay a bit more and stay somewhere else.

A nice, no frills stay at a great price!
Pros:

For the price, it was surprisingly really good! Spacious, no frills, yet quite comfortable. The bed was good and the shower had great pressure and excellent temperature. And the location was perfect!!

My Home in Sapa
Pros:

The Hotel is just 120 meters from the Sapa Square or the city centre. Surrounded by restaurants and food stalls. Seated next to Fansipan Cable Car Station. Staff were so kind, polite and proactive, led by Ms Lana. They were so friendly. Room was huge and clean. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in Sapa. And definitely I will come back again whenever I am in Sapa.
