I had a wonderful stay at this property. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a lovely atmosphere that made me feel at home. Everything was as expected, and I really enjoyed my time there, even though I only stayed for one night. I would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Nina has a lovely place. Plenty of parking on the street right outside the house. Clean, homely, great wifi, great room. Nina is such a lovely lady and took an interest in the pool tournament I was travelling over for. Brilliant value for money and if I’m up in the area again I won’t hesitate to book again.

the woman who runs this business only wants money in her account she is not a guest she dictates the rules she does not care about the guests temperature in this house kitchen bathroom plus 15 degrese in January!

A very quite area to be in and no noise from street and cars , nice and cosy as advertised! will be definitely going back there again as it made me feel like home.

I had no chance to view the property because the owner was away visiting family. I waited for four hours outside the property for the owner to turn up to let me in.

Could of done with a tv in room but apart from that every perfect
Staff was very Friendly, easy access to a kitchen, shower and a private room that could be locked. Within walking distance of INCE train station and shops.
