Attentive staff, very clean and comfortable
Pros:

Felt very clean, and you could see the upkeep of rooms gradually being done which meant rooms were kept well maintained. Daily clean towels and fresh linen in room, rooms were always freshly cleaned. Staff were very helpful and kind. The pool area was great, the bar food had more vegetarian options than I’d seen anywhere else.

Cons:

There was anything I didn’t like, I would just advice that bottled water should be replaced daily in the hotel rooms as I don’t think the local tap water is usable, or if it is, include signs to say so.

Pros:

Hospitalidade e treinamento da equipe +e excelente. O tamanho amplo do quarto idem. A ampla piscina, a boa comida e a localização excelente para quem vai a negócios ou mesmo turismo.

Cons:

Serviços de alimentação, e de quarto só até 10 da noite. E a academia, ginásio é um espaço pequeno com temperatura de sauna. Tem ar condicionado, mas fica desligado.

Pros:

Big clean rooms, lovely swimming pool. The customer service provided by the staff was outstanding. Late checkout was not available for us as the hotel was fully booked. The staff arranged for us to stay at another hotel free of charge. Very much appreciated and much in keeping with the hospitality we experienced in Cabo Verde.

O restaurante é excelente (café da manhã e jantar).

Cons:

Tivemos um problema para abrir a porta do quarto em um dia e houve 1 hora para solucionar o problema (falta de bateria no sistema de abertura da porta).
