Beste Wahl in Praia
Pros:

Wie alle Hotels der portugiesischen Pestana Kette sehr gepflegt und gediegen. Die Superior Zimmer haben eine große Terrasse. Der kleine Stadtstrand ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zur Stadtmitte muss man eins der vor dem Hotelparkplatz wartenden Taxis ne.

Die aufgeräumte Umgebung um den Pool mit den exotischen Pflanzen. Das Frûhstûcksbûffet war auch hervorragend vielseitig. Es gab ausgezeichneten Kaffee.

Cons:

In meinem Zimmer konnte ich das Fenster nicht öffnen weil es klemmte.

Super Aufenthalt zum gerne weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, direkt beim Strand im Diplomaten Viertel (Sicherheit). Die sauberkeit der Anlage insbesondere der Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Das essen war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Die Abwechslung im sehr leckeren Buffet hätte ein wenig grösser sein können, besonders Gemüseauswahl beim Abendessen. Toilettenpapier darf grosszügiger nachgefüllt werden.

Gostámos muito da nossa estadia no Pestana Hotel Trópico. O staff foi sempre muito prestável, simpático e atencioso, nomeadamente a Ana Melo, o que fez toda a diferença na nossa experiência. Estivemos em regime de meia pensão e, de um modo geral, a comida era boa. Ainda assim, sentimos que a oferta poderia ser um pouco mais variada, já que as opções acabavam por ser algo limitadas e, por vezes, repetitivas ou muito semelhantes entre si.

No geral, foi uma experiência positiva e agradecemos a simpatia e dedicação de toda a equipa.

Relativamente aos aspetos menos positivos, a ligação à internet revelou alguma instabilidade ao longo da estadia, com falhas frequentes. Também consideramos que a limpeza, sendo aceitável, poderia ser mais cuidada, uma vez que algumas toalhas e lençóis, embora lavados, não transmitiam a sensação de estarem totalmente impecáveis.
