Fantasztikus elhelyezkedés, rendkívül sok étel választék. Gyönyörű hotel!

Cons:

A strandon lévő stégen a kör alakú napozóágyért soknak találom a 20 eurót amit elkértek és ez sehol nincs feltüntetve.

We would come back any time :)
Pros:

The location is perfect.
The beach area is worth everything in the stay.
We arrived in start april, and the hotel just opened for the season. So not everything was in place yet.
The sauna is free and fresh spring water is free.
The buffet is big and has various selections.
Beach snack at the beach.
Freshly baked traditional flat bread was beautiful.
The area is quiet and very safe.
I went running alone near the beach.

Cons:

The beds are very hard, and I wasn’t provided with a top mattress.
There’s are cats entering from outside, so some of the couches in the main downstairs area, have car hair and smell if cat pee.
The room cleaning wasn’t very thoroughly. But they were open to clean it better when I mentioned it several times.

Pros:

Prostrane sobe,čistoća,blizina plaže i centra grada.

Cons:

Hrana je prosječna za hotel 5 zvjezdica,animacija i zabave nije bilo.
Posebno ističem tuševe na plaži, kabine za presvlačenje i toalet koji su jako zastarjeli,neudobni,mislim da je potrebno hitno renoviranje za novu sezonu.

Ett helt fantastiskt läge! Det är väldigt nära för shopinggata. Hallen är jättefin och bekväm att sätta sig och ta drink på kvällen. Kvinliga personalen i baren var jättebra. Maten var god. God lax i baren på stranden. Bekvämma solstolar, bra sängar på rummet.

Cons:

Jag var där sista vecka innan hotelet stänger sina dörrar för turister. I baren fanns inga ingredienser för att laga alla drinkar. Mjölken för Pina Colada tog slut, inga ingredienser för Cosmopoliten heller och andra drinkar. Det krävs utbildning för personalen för att kunna laga drinkar. Spa är bra, men schema för behandlingar är en katastrof, som skapade flera konflikter. Detta måste bli bättre på 5 stjärnor. Fitness är väldigt litet med dålig luft.
Luftkonditionering på rummet fungerade inte bra, hög ljudnivå, men ingen luft.
Jag tyckte att turister betalar hög pris och förväntar sig en härlig vecka, men det plockades bort solstolar, paraplyer, försvann golvet på bryggan, försvann delvis bestick på restaurangen, glass ersättas med plast och ingen firande
på national dagen, inga tematiska kvällar med olika maträtter.
Ni kan bli bättre. Ni har kapacitet.

Beste Location im ganzen Kemer. Du hast alles mögliches in nur ein oasr schritte

Wenn man etwas mit 'Ultra' All Inclusive anbietet dann muss nichts mehr kostenpflichtig sein. Essen war mittelmässig aber die versprochene stände waren nie offen. Ausserdem wurde kein einziges alkohol marke angeboten die auf der webseite angezeigt sind. Nur lokale qualitätsmässig ziemlich schlechtes Alkohol. Bier ging noch.
