Pros:

Sve mi se svidjelo,osim tuševa na plaži,svlačionice i wc-a,mnogo su oronuli.
Posebno bih istakla ljubaznost recepcionera Alpara,bio je raspoložen da pomogne u svakom trenutku sa osmijehom, gospodina u restoranu, Irgüna,koji se iskreno potrudio da mi pronađe naočale,te Enis,djevojku koja radi u kafu,veoma ljubazna,pravi profesionalac za pripreme kafe.
Svima srdačan pozdrav.

Cons:

Bila sam u ovom hotelu u oktobru 2025. Skrenula sam pažnju u recenziji na tuševe na plaži i svlačionice i nadala se da će ih obnoviti za ovu sezonu,zato sam se vratila i ove godine. Međutim, to se nije desilo

Pros:

Das Essen war an paar Tagen echt gut aber an den restlichen 3-4 Tagen katastrophal.
Personal war sehr nett.
Sehr zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Klimaanlage sehr laut.
Zimmer sehr runtergekommen.
WLAN funktioniert an einigen Stellen nicht oder sehr schlecht.

Комнаты требуют ремонта, питание очень однообразное и некачественное, отсутствовали фрукты за исключением яблок и апельсинов, внутренний бассейн не работал, детская комната таже, песок на пляже неухоженный

Мне понравилось местоположение самого отеля, всё рядом, в пешей доступности, сам отельрасположенвцентреКемера, до пляжа Ay Işığı пройти 7 минут, рядом все магазин, каждый четверг проходит базар, на пляже отеля имеется пирс, с которого очень удобно спускаться в море. Каждый день на пляже делают замечательное гозлеме, персонал очень приветлив и отзывчивы, у входа в ресторан девушка Нурайым которая готова помочь во всём, подскажет, покажет все места, по выходным и в праздники готовили горячий глинтвейн. Осенью планируем повторно ехать в данный отель, всё было замечательно

Всё замечательно, всем рекомендую данный отель, не пожалеете, каждый день мороженое, горячее гозлеме, всё супер, спасибо большое отелю

All the needed around the hotel, good services relatively good food.

Cons:

Bed Matrasses need changing, facilities updated, I.e. In side pool not operational, shower cabins needs an update, a la card useless compared to the main restaurant which is good but all good, perfect.

Cons:

Hotel de 3*1/2.
Personalul, mancarea. curatenia in camere. A fost facuta curatenie in camere decat in primele 2 zile. A treia zi a intrat peste noi si cand i am spus sa revina mai tarziu a mai venit peste 3 zile motiv pentru care am ramas fara hartie igienica in camera. Totodata in a 2 zi a luat 2 dintre cele 3 prosoape mari si nu le a mai adus. In penultima zi am fost la receptie sa cerem si a zis ca or sa trimita dar nu.
Mancarea aceiasi in tot sejurul. Dimineata, pranz si seara majoritatea aceleasi produse.
Personalul de la bar afland ca suntem romani fiind 3 cupluri se comportau foarte urat in comparatie cu rusii. Trebuia sa te rogi intodrauna de ei.
Alta teapa care am luat o, hotelul fiind catalogat ultra all de fapt e all incusive. Nu o sa gasiti bauturile inyernationale afisate pe site si nici bar deschis pana la ora 02.00 cum arata.

Расположение отеля в 2х минутах от моря, свой пляж с лежаками, понтон для купания. Красивый интерьер отеля, большой стандартный номер, большой балкон и шикарный вид)) в СПА-салоне хороший качественный массаж, особенно понравилась массажистка Fatuma.

Cons:

Питание однообразное, не соответствует 5ти звездочному отелю. Мяса не было, только субпродукты. Рыбу есть невозможно - не вкусная. Ели курицу с картошкой фри и рисом. Много разной зелени. Хорошо, что были всего 5 ночей. Из фруктов несколько сортов яблок, мандарины и апельсины. Ну и уборка оставляет желать лучшего. Могут просто вынести мусор, добавить воду и не поменять полотенца. За 5 дней более/менее убрались только 2 раза, при этом заменили 2 больших полотенца и дали 3 малюсеньких для ног. Не добавляют жидкое мыло в дозаторы, которого не хватило на последние сутки пребывания.

Pros:

Прекрасный отель для отдыха в Кемере. Очень удобно, что есть late breakfast и ночной буфет. Персонал добрый и внимательный, всегда готовы помочь. Особенно хочется отметить Guest Relation Нурайым за её заботу, искреннюю улыбку и профессионализм. Благодаря ей чувствуешь себя действительно желанным гостем. Обязательно вернёмся ещё!
