Cons:

Não é nem um ponto negativo mais a última vez que me hóspede por confidência era Carnaval e estava tendo Carnaval de rua bem ao lado para quem gosta um prato cheio .E também tem o Bar Brahma em frente porém as músicas ao vivo são sempre boas que embala o sono .

Fantastic value for money and staff pleasant but no spoken English
Pros:

Hotel is very very clean. Really good breakfast nice coffee and fresh food dining area very clean. Bed was medium firm but still ok. Hot shower. Location good on main road so it’s much better for coming back late at night. Be aware that Republica area is downtown São Paulo and you need to be street wise. 5 mins walk from metro. If you are travelling in Brazil make sure you are protected from Zika virus and Dengue both can be dangerous are are widespread in some areas. If you use long distance buses ALWAYS sit so that you can see your bag if you put in the overhead rack ( that is sit on the opposite side of the bus to your bag! ) many really good cafes and bars close by
