Chouette hôtel, je retournerai et je le recommande 🤗
Pros:

Le personnel, literie, propreté.
Proximité de la plage, restaurants et divers commerces.

Cons:

Les essuies de piscine déposés sur les chaises longues pour réserver leur place sans que personnes les occupent pendant longtemps, mais comme il ya plusieurs piscines…donc c’est un peu la chasse aux places libres 😉

Nice hotel nearby beach with plenty of swimming pools.
Pros:

We chose the hotel based on the location for the festival nearby, it delivered. They had multiple buildings and multiple swimming pools including indoor one.

Cons:

Everything was good.

Great clean friendly hotel
Pros:

A lovely clean hotel with friendly helpful employees.
Breakfast had a great variety to choose from and always fresh.
Dinner plenty to choose from again a great choice of fresh food
If you like desserts there is a good variety to also choose from.
The waiting and kitchen employees do a great job of keeping the areas clean and well stocked.
The spa was great, we had a lovely relaxing massage again the area was spotless clean.
Great bar service again very helpful.
The rooms are spotless our cleaning ladies did a great job. Great size pool view, Comfortable beds and good shower and hairdryer and there is shampoo and a nice body wash, just need to take hair conditioner.
You can order a taxi at hotel and it arrives quick
Sunbeds get busy, plenty of beds to go around.
You can also access the other pool areas.
There is a wee shop at the bottom of the hill reasonable priced for everything.
Plenty of bars restaraunts near, it is 10 mins to the beach.
20 min walk to the busy bar areas.

The only slight down fall, only one lift working

Disgusting dirty pools and poor air con - avoid!
Pros:

Comfy beds, good shower, good WiFi, good breakfast. Restaurant staff were nice and friendly

Cons:

-3 separate buildings advertised as “one facility” - they are not. The Sky building is like a second class facility. No evening entertainment- and no adverts to what’s on in the main building. No information about towel exchange and timings - that’s all at the main building. No atmosphere at all and generally an empty shell. No reception staff at all. Anything you need to ask - you need to go out of the Sky building, up the hill, across the road and into the separate hotel. This is not made clear at all that they are 3 completely separate hotels pretending to be “one”
-Swimming pool was just filthy with green scum around the pool and loungers. The green scum stained your swimwear. Complained 3 times. Nothing changed. The pool cleaner cleaned one lounger a day after my 3 complaints. Genuinely disgusting - the in pool loungers were covered in green slime/ dirt. The reception staff told me they knew about the dirty green slime water - but they never had any pool staff to clean any of the pools. Speaking to guests from the other buildings - this was the same in all the pools. Totally unacceptable.
- Pool towels were a washed out dirty mint green, washed out grey in colour. Horrible and looked well past their best. The green slime from the pool was all over the towels. Absolutely need replacing.
- Sunbeds were available most mornings up until about 9am - the last to be taken every day were all the burst ones. Terrible and need replaced. Like I said - a second class facility with burst sun loungers.
- Air con totally hit or miss. For the first time I’ve ever experienced- it was motion activated - so as soon as you left the room ( even leaving a card in the slot) it switched itself off. Room was constantly roasting and awful. If air con is important to you - avoid this hotel at all costs.
- Fridge in the room didn’t keep cans or bottles cold. Merely lukewarm. In a boiling room with warm water - it was very unpleasant.

Cons:

El horario de 10 a 18 h para piscinas, spa y gimnasio en verano me parece muy muy restrictivo. A las 28 h faltan más de 3 horas y media para que anochezca y ya no puedes hacer nada en el hotel. La comida de las cenas muy baja calidad, se podían comer los postres y poco más.

Schöne Hotelanlag, aber nicht ohne Mängel
Pros:

Schöne Pools, überwiegend freundliches Personal, sehr große gepflegte Hotelanlage, riesige Betten, toller Balkon, Frühstück war okay, Abendessen war ganz gut.

Cons:

Der Duschkopf war kaputt und wies starke dunkle Verschmutzungen auf, die sehr unhygienisch wirkten. Trotz unseres Hinweises wurde sich darum leider nicht gekümmert.

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Erst nachdem wir die Rezeption nach 24 Stunden erneut auf das Problem hingewiesen hatten, wurde sich schnell darum gekümmert. Zunächst glaubte man uns leider nicht, dass die Anlage immer wieder ausfällt. Dann wurde jedoch erkannt, dass der Sensor defekt war, und das Problem wurde sofort behoben.

Die öffentlichen Bereiche waren sehr sauber, gepflegt und modern. Die Zimmer waren okay, schnitten im Vergleich zum Rest aber etwas schlechter ab (z.B. fleckige Kissen, abgenutzte Badematuren, teilweise etwas staubig).

Die Parkplatzsituation dort ist sehr schwierig. Der hoteleigene Parkplatz kostet 15 € pro Tag.

Schade fanden wir außerdem, dass man nicht zu allen Bereichen des Hotels (Gebäude, Pools oder die Treppen als Abkürzung zum Strand) Zugang hatte, wenn man ein Zimmer im Haupthaus hatte.

Dostaliśmy lepszy pokój niż był zarezerwowany.
