Cons:

Colazione. Cibo di qualità scadente. Personale scortese. Zero opzioni di cibo vegetale.
Avevamo 3 colazioni inclusi nel nostro pacchetto ed abbiamo evidenziato alla struttura che avevamo chiesto in anticipo di volere opzioni vegetali per colazione. La risposta è stata si non si preoccupi, e volevano offrirci il bacon a colazione.
Cibo davvero di bassa qualità.

super sejour dans l hotel.

Cons:

CHAMBRE ; dommage qu' il y a pas de volet ou des rideaux plus sombre et que le bas de la porte il y est pas un bas car la lumière passe de trop on a était obliger de mette une serviette par terre pour cache le jour des lumière.
Juste une remarque dommage que le personnel ne parle pas le Français et ne fait pas d'effort car on aurais bien voulu demander des infos sur la ville a faire ou visite mais pas eu d aide car on arriver pas a se faire comprendre.
Quand au self rien a dire au niveau nourriture mais les gens du service de table nous saute trop vite dessus pour débarrasser.

Zimmer und Lage gut, der Dachpool zu klein für sportliches schwimmen, Frühstück nicht zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Unterkunft an sich gut, sauber, Balkon leider permanent im Schatten. Großzügiges Zimmer, sauber, Wasserkocher/kaffeepulver vorhanden.
Sehr freundliches Personal an der Bar mit sehr guten Cocktails, die Bar/der Raum nicht sehr gemütlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war unterirdisch schlecht!! Der Frühstücksraum im unteren Bereich ohne Tageslicht, mit Geräuschen und Ambiente wie in einer Großküche. Wir sind im Café Mozart frühstücken gegangen (gastronomisches Highlight und sehr guter Service, natürlich zum entsprechenden Preis, den wir gerne in Kauf genommen haben).

Extremely gutted and disappointed and not what you’d expect

Location and pools were great

Cons:

We had to request moving rooms twice, groups of male and females, absolutely out of control, our first night it was horrendous noise from 11pm till 5am and our nxt night was till 7am, the staff were reluctant to deal with it and we eventually got a room change but it was exactly the same, totally spoilt our trip and a big birthday celebration for our Son. So frustrating and disappointing as this was supposedly 4star and adults only
