Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian for the whole stay. Please note that on Saturdays and public holidays check-in is after 18:00 and check-out is possible until 14:00. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply - 50% prepayment will be charged immediately after making the reservation. It is forbidden to change the guest name in the reservation after the reservation made.

The swimming pool at Club Hotel Tiberias will be closed for maintenance and renovations from November 1, 2024 until February 28, 2025.

היינו בפעם הראשונה עם ילד עם צרכים מיוחדים ודאגנו איך הוא ייקבל את המקום החדש שבו אף פעם לא היה. הילד התאהב בחדר, במרפסת, בנוף מהמרפסת. גם אנחנו הופתענו לטובה. חדר מאוד נחמד, מסודר, נקי, שקט ונוח. צוות עוטף. חדר אוכל נחמד. אוכל טוב. הכל היה ברמה. תודה לצוות המלון. כל הכבוד. שמחנו להתארח אצלכם.
