Absolutely loved our stay. If we are ever in the area, we will definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in the countryside. The room was very charming and comfortable. The breakfast was made to order and was excellent. The owner helped us find a great restaurant and even made the dinner reservation.

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Das Haus hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Uns hat gut gefallen, dass es beim Frühstück kein Buffet mit Selbstbedienung gab. Es wurden alle Wünsche am Tisch erfüllt. Das machte es gleich ruhiger und entspannter.

Cons:

Wir waren nicht im Haupthaus. Bei höheren Temperaturen schafft im Nebengebäude ein Ventilator nur wenig Linderung.

Absolute Empfehlung für wunderschöne Tage im Norden Spaniens.
Pros:

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, mit Liebe zum Detail. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und lecker. Wir können nur Positives berichten. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Cons:

When I made the reservation at Booking.com, I searched for hotels with elevator, but when we arrived at the hotel, they offered us a room at the anexo without elevator which I refused to accept. They changed to a better room in the main building without extra cost. I told them that they have to mention that the anexo doesn't have elevator.

Highly recommended this wonderful hotel.
Pros:

Outstanding hotel with wonderful gardens. The suite we had was luxurious and way more than we needed. Parking was brilliant and the staff so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Cons:

Nothing at all. It’s a long walk to Cudillero harbour but that was our bad planning. We soon adapted our plans.

Very dreamy grounds, lovely decor, great value.
Pros:

The grounds and decor were stunningly beautiful here. It felt as if you were in manor house from a period drama. Like a BBC series (but in Spain). The garden was lovely, even the parking lot was manicured and well cared for. The room was nice and with nice views. The breakfast was lovely, and the shared lounge was extraordinary. It wasn't in Cudillero( which we were coming to visit), and while we initially thought would be a negative, actually we found we preferred to be up in the quiet town at this manor. Parking was very spacious and I know that's not the case in Cudillero.

Cons:

- There was no shampoo or conditioner in the suite so you must bring your own. They had body soap and hand soap, so I had to wash my hair with soap which made for an itchy scalp for 24 hours...
- We also asked for 2 beds while booking (a few weeks in advance), but had to share one bed. My family member is sick, so sleeping was not a comfortable experience for us. If they told us it was one bed, I would've booked elsewhere. We also weren't late, we were a little early and had also asked them if we could come early weeks in advance too, since the only flights from where I live arrived at 8am and 8pm. So it's not an issue of missing our arrival time.

Final note about Cudillero: Nobody told us this, but please note that to get into Cudillero, you should *not* take CU-2 directly through town, it is illegal. CU-1 to CU-3 is the route you take. It goes west then north then east to the CUDILLERO APARCAMIENTO where you need to park. A map showing this would be helpful for people to take a photo of before their journey to town, the nearby tourist attraction and why many guests probably stay here.
