Best place to stai in punta cana❤️
Pros:

The stuff was everytime very kind and helpfull. The location very close to the beach. There was very clean. Every two days they were cleaning the room, changing the sheets and towels.

Hatten in der ersten Nacht das gebuchte Zimmer das allerdings viel zu klein war für zwei Personen und null Ausstattung . Pool vor der Tür total verschmutzt- nach Anfrage am nächsten Tag bekamen wir da ich Genius Konditionen gebucht habe ein größeres Zimmer 300 m zum Strand war für mich und meine Tochter genial war und das alles ohne Aufpreis- King size Bett u Wohnzimmer

Auf Anfrage Kaffee aufzufüllen bekamen wir es Antwort das ies nur am ersten Tag ein Willkomm en Kaffee gibt am Zimmer an, man müssen sich danach selber einen kaufen fand ich sehr eigenartig für den Preis aber gut- dann gab es leider diesen Vorfall dass ohne unser Wissen eine Reinigungdame unser Zimmer sauber gemacht hat an dem Tag ich natürlich meine Handtasche im Zimmer hatte ja den Rest kann man sich vorstellen es wurde mir Geld gestohlen 150 € haben gefehlt worauf wir dann das Personal ohne den Management angesprochen haben klar die Antwort war keine Ahnung dann hat sich der Manager beteiligt es gab absolut keine Mühe herauszufinden welches Personal das war , somit soll das Personal mit 150 € glücklich werden aber mich sehen sie dort nicht mehr
