Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass die Bilder der Anlage etwas täuschen. Das gesamte Gebäude ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer wirken sehr abgenutzt und der Boden teilweise ziemlich schmuddelig. Insgesamt hat man den Eindruck, dass an der Anlage seit vielen Jahren kaum etwas renoviert oder modernisiert wurde. Es wirkt fast so, als würde man darauf warten, dass das Gelände irgendwann verkauft und komplett neu bebaut wird. Dabei ist es tatsächlich eine der wenigen Anlagen in dieser Lage, in der noch kein großer Hotelkomplex steht.
Zu Beginn haben wir ein anderes Apartment erhalten, mit dem wir überhaupt nicht zufrieden waren, da es direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße lag. Auch andere Gäste haben sich darüber beschwert. Nach unseren Beschwerden hat sich jedoch herausgestellt, dass es wohl häufiger Probleme mit dieser Unterkunft gibt.
Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich allerdings das Personal – vor allem die Dame an der Rezeption. Sie war äußerst zuvorkommend, sehr kompetent und hat wirklich alles versucht, um uns eine andere Unterkunft zu ermöglichen und unseren Aufenthalt angenehmer zu gestalten. Dafür verdient sie aus meiner Sicht ganz klar 10 Punkte.
Die Unterkunft selbst würde ich eher mit 4 bis 5 Punkten bewerten. Der Zustand ist leider ziemlich abgewohnt und teilweise auch nicht besonders sauber. Eine umfassende Renovierung wäre dringend notwendig. Auch die Fenster sind alt und teilweise provisorisch repariert.
Die Lage hingegen ist wirklich hervorragend – dafür gibt es definitiv Pluspunkte.
Der Pool war allerdings kaum nutzbar. Das Poolhaus daneben wirkt stark beschädigt und ist offenbar nicht mehr in Betrieb. Zudem schwamm auf der Wasseroberfläche ein deutlicher Film, sodass wir uns nicht sicher waren, ob das Schwimmen dort überhaupt hygienisch ist.
Fazit:
Für die Lage kann ich die Anlage durchaus empfehlen. Wer jedoch Wert auf gepflegte Zimmer und eine modernere Anlage legt, sollte seine Erwartungen eher niedrig ansetzen.
Muy lindos apartamentos con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. Muy cerca de la playa y con servicio de sombrillas y reposeras. Tiene buena sala de estar y cocina y esta cerca del centro de los corales. El desayuno es en el bar de la playa , cuesta 10 dolares o gratis si tienes ese beneficio en booking.
faltaria un horno electrico o a gas para cocinar.

El personal es atento. El desayuno estaba muy bueno y tienes salida al mar.
El condominio es antiguo. A pesar de las remodelaciones es evidente que son casas antiguas. Por eso mismo, es muy caro para lo que te dan. La relación precio calidad es pésima. Estaría bien si redujeran su precio por lo menos un 50%

Cleaning services could be better
Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Die Betten sind bequem und die Lage perfekt.
Das Badezimmer was sehr klein, man konnte sich knapp darin drehen. Das Duscheasser roch etwas veim anmachen. Wenn das Wasser etwas am Laufen ist, geht der Geruch weg.
Die Preise fürs Essen sind (find ich) sehr hoch für das was es ist.
