Berbat bir yer kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum

Oui mais non au final
Pros:

Le personnel était souriant et sympathique. Les allées en mode village étaient agréables pour déambuler. Lors de notre check out on a eu du retard, ils voulaient nous facturer 35€ supplémentaires mais au final ils se sont rétractés car sûrement ils ne voulaient pas envenimer la relation client qui était déjà détériorée ( à voir pourquoi ci dessous). Aussi, le petit déjeuner bien qu'il était tardif pour nous qui voulions partir tôt en excursion, était quand même revigorant le matin.

Cons:

Malgré tout on ne recommande pas cet établissement. Nous avions payé pour un appartement VIP avec vue sur mer en front de mer. Lors du check in , on nous demande des frais supplementaires pour l'électricité. Ok pas de problème, on paie. L'appartement sent le renfermé, a des gros cafards, mobilier désuet, les salles de bain sont fonctionnels mais anciens avec une forte odeur, pas possibilité d'aérer efficacement et nuisance sonore avec les commerces à côté. On ne se plaint pas car, on est contents d'être au bord de la mer en vacances. A notre retour de quelques courses, 1ere coupure d'électricité : pas de clim, pas de possibilité de recharger les téléphones, pas de lumière. La manager nous change d'appartement. Le nouvel appartement n'a ni cuisine, est loin de la mer, est plus petit mais au moins il y avait l'électricité. La manager s'excuse nous dit qu'on peut décider demain matin si on reste dans celui là ou dans le 1er qui est en front de mer. Nouvelle coupure d'électricité et d'eau cette même nuit dans le 2e appartement. Pas de possibilité de se doucher après une longue journée éreintante. On rappelle la manager mais elle ne répond pas. On appelle booking qui ne peut(ou ne veut) rien faire. Déçus, on décide de garder le 2e appart vu que la manager nous avait donné le choix. Comme le 2e appart n'a ni cuisine, ni vue sur mer, est plus petit que celui pour lequel on a payé, on demande une revalorisation au prix réel du 2e le lendemain. La manager refuse. Pas de possibilité de négocier, nous fait comprendre que c'était notre choix alors même qu'elle nous avait dit de choisir entre les deux tout en sachant que les deux n'avaient pas le même prix. Elle ne nous rembourse même pas les frais supplémentaires de l'électricité pour la 1ere nuit.

Maravilloso me encantó
Pros:

La vista al mar, el espacio, el baño, la habitación pero sobre todo la atención de Rosa (la administradora) es muy amable, atenta me hizo sentir en casa

Absolutely amazing stay
Pros:

Everything was absolutely perfect. Best place to stay. Clean. Beautiful. Safe. Extremely friendly and helpful stuff. Big thanks to Rosa and Jesus. We had an absolutely amazing time. 10 out of 10.

Just Not For Me!

Very close to the beach.

Cons:

Initially, the toilet kept running, and the TV has no connection. However, when I reported the problem, they came right away to fix both issues. The actual unit was not worth the amount I paid. Dorm size refrigerator, bathroom was very outdated with a stringy shower curtain, bedroom also outdated but very big bed. The two sofas or whatever you want to call them was basically a piece of corvered foam. Sliding door [main entry) small flimsy lock. Very long walk for the free breakfast.

Très très bon séjour, à refaire!
Pros:

Nous avons passé un super séjour, la réactivité du personnel était exceptionnelle, dès que nous avions un problème, il était résolu à la minute. L’accueil est chaleureux, Rosa et Laura qui étaient à l’accueil ont été très agréable et à l’écoute! Jesus était également très gentil nous avons apprécier sa serviabilité. Ariel et Ruben qui étaient à la charge de la sécurité ont été génial! Des personnes très gentilles et souriantes. Nous nous sommes senti en sécurité tout le long du séjour. Nous recommandons à 100%

Super schön, wahnsinnig nettes Personal!
Pros:

Wir sind spät abends angekommen. Der Taxitransfer hat super gut geklappt. Der Fahrer war sehr nett, obwohl er lange warten musste. In der Unterkunft angekommen, wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Leute waren super zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden hier jederzeit immer wieder unterkommen wollen.

Alles war sehr gut!

Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Lage direkt am Strand traumhaft. Ebenfalls das Frühstück mit Blick auf das mehr sehr empfehlenswert. Ebenfalls Rezeption top.

It was a fair price to stay in a villa on the beach but buyer beware.
Pros:

The staff were very kind and helpful. And the location was excellent.

Cons:

The lack of air conditioning in the living, kitchen and bathroom areas. The fact that you had to use a key to lock the slider while inside, a serious fire hazard. The property is very old and outdated. I was most disappointed that the resort recommended a car service that overcharged my significantly and changed the price for a roundtrip ride while I was in the vehicle. I felt like I was being robbed with no choice but to pay the demand. I have traveled around the world and never had this experience. I will not return to the Dominican Republic.
