El lugar es hermoso, las instalaciones muy limpias, el acceso directo a la playa, la disposición del personal para solucionar cualquier inconveniente. Recomendado para pasar unas buenas vacaciones en Punta Cana.

Cons:

El lugar para tomar el desayuno no queda en el mismo hotel y que en el apartamento falta un fregadero (lavaplatos).

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Wonderful stay! Highly recommended. Amazing management, MS. Rosa, she is fantastic, taking care of any issue big or small immediately and efficiently. We stayed at a small new apartment, 200m from the beach. Great location, restaurants and general stores near by. Great pool, great beach.

Cons:

The only part that I felt missing was something for the kids, a little playground or something at the pool.

Increíble experiencia vacacionando
Pros:

Instalaciones en muy buen estado, limpias y cómodas.
La atención del personal en restaurante y playa fué magnífica.
Nos sentimos muy a gusto, todo queda cerca y hay acceso a restaurantes, supermercados, farmacia.

Eu peguei o vista mar ! Surreal . Têm uma varanda que você fica ali sentado na mesa admirando o espetáculo do mar . Restaurantes a passos da casa . Literalmente pra mim foi um espetáculo.

Cons:

Pra não dizer que não gostei eu só acho que poderia ter um micro-ondas no quarto visto que não têm fogão mas isso é só uma análise do que poderia ser melhor ainda! Fora isso é nota 10 pra tudo !

Sve pohvale. Ovo je jedan mali komadić raja koji ostaje u sjećanju za cijeli život.
Pros:

Ovo je predivan hotel koji se sastoji od više jednokatnih vila. Predivan položaj s puno zelenila i ugodnim osobljem. Plaža je blizu i sve je čisto, uredno i predivno. Uživali smo svaki trenutak. Osoblje uvijek nasmijano i uslužno. Ako me put opet navede u Dominikanu i na Punta Canu sigurno ću opet posjetiti ovaj predivan mali i jako poseban hotel. Velike pohvale gđa Rosi koja je bila pristupačna, profesionalna i uslužna.

Cons:

Iskreno nije bilo ničega što ne bi ispunilo moja očekivanja.

Pros:

De locatie was echt prachtig en ons huisje lag perfect gelegen. De vrouw van de receptie was ontzettend aardig en meedenkend.

Cons:

Het personeel bij het ontbijt was echt verschrikkelijk en erg uit de hoogte. Soms 30 minuten moeten wachten tot onze voucher werd opgehaald. Ook ging er veel mis met de vouchers en moesten we veel moeite doen om überhaupt ons eten te kunnen krijgen. Ook hadden we 3 keer geen water en 1 keer geen elektriciteit. Ook werden de kamers niet goed schoongemaakt. Ze kwamen om de dag en verschoonde ons bed niet eens, terwijl er overduidelijk vlekken op zaten. Pas bij een hint van ons, hadden ze dit verschoond na 3 dagen. Ook dumpte ze ons afval zakje voor ons huis en vergaten ze veel dingen schoon te maken.

Die Entfernung zum Strand (20m) und die Aussicht aus den vorderen Häusern ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Hygiene und Sauberkeit haben sie irgendwie nicht so drauf.
In der Dusche auf dem Boden sowie auf der Wand waren noch Haare von den Gästen vor uns.

Wenn man sich etwas zu essen kaufen sollte und mit aufs Zimmer nimmt sollte man das alles auf einmal essen,weil nach 5min kommt die Riesen Ameisenplage.

Wenn bei booking.com ein preis steht darauf achten das im Hotel an der Rezeption nicht 200-300 mehr abgebucht werden. (Wegen irgendwelchen Leistungen die keiner erläutert hat.)

A lovely room close to beach and local beach restaurants and bars.
Pros:

The view from our rooftop was beautiful. The accommodations were airy and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the shower and bathroom were roomy and the water pressure was ok.

Cons:

I think the directions to the place could be better, also a microwave would have made the room perfect.
