I am disappointed with the registration standard of procedure of this hotel.
Cons:

I booked the hotel room on 2nd September 2025, 2 queen bed and 1 single bed for my 5 members of my family. When I arrived on 17th September 2025 around 1 am, there are no hotel room under my name was listed. I am panic already at that time because I am travelled from Ipoh and had a car breakdown on that day. It was very long day. As a last choice for me as it is already pass middle of the night and I accepted, I was given 1 room with 2 queen bed with the toilet door unable to lock.
