Beautiful hotel with lots of special festures. A little oasis!
Pros:

It is very cute with orchids growing on the trees, a cave pool, an outdoor pool, with lots of nature.

Cons:

You cant put toilet paper in the toilet.

Unique en son genre et exceptionnel au Mexique
Pros:

Un hôtel unique en son genre: au calme dans un jardin tropical, les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées, avec un coin salon, une terrasse, une grande douche, ventilateurs et air conditionné.
Petits coins sympas partout dans le jardin: la piscine, les hamacs, le fish spa pour la pédicure, même une cabane à l'abri des regards pour les nudistes! Et bien sûr, la piscine souterraine chauffée unique en son genre!
L'hôtel propose un glacier sur place (décoration incroyable en noir et blanc style BD) et un restaurant de qualité.
Le personnel est serviable mais ne vous attendez pas à un service 5 étoiles aux normes internationales.

Cons:

L'emplacement excentré (mais un taxi vous emmène au centre ville pour 50 pesos), l'absence de cafetière dans les chambres et l'impossibilité de boire un café au restaurant avant 7h30!
On m'avait promis un petit déjeuner à emporter pour mon départ matinal mais personne n'était au courant à la réception.
Equipements spartiates : pas de TV, pas de coffre, pas de matelas sur les transats. C'est un hôtel un peu roots/artsy qui ne conviendra pas à tout le monde.

L’atmosphère, le hamac dans la chambre, la piscine dans le sous-sol, le glacier juste avant la piscine à la deco démente

Cons:

Les fresques de notre chambre n’était pas trop à notre goût mais pas grave !

Juste exceptionnel !

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un véritable coup de cœur au Yucatán !

Après avoir séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels au Mexique durant ce voyage, le Zenti’k Project est sans aucun doute celui qui m’a le plus marqué. J’y ai passé trois nuits, et avec le recul, j’aurais volontiers prolongé mon séjour.

Tout est pensé avec goût : l’architecture, les jardins, les œuvres d’art, les espaces de détente et cette atmosphère paisible qui invite à ralentir. La célèbre piscine dans la grotte est une expérience à elle seule, mais l’ensemble de l’établissement dégage une personnalité unique. On sent qu’il ne s’agit pas simplement d’un hôtel, mais d’un lieu créé avec passion.

Le restaurant mérite une mention particulière. La cuisine est tout simplement exceptionnelle : des plats raffinés, savoureux, mettant en valeur les produits locaux, avec un excellent service. Chaque repas a été un véritable plaisir.

Le personnel a toujours été accueillant, souriant et disponible, contribuant à cette sensation de bien-être tout au long du séjour.

Si je devais formuler un seul regret, ce serait de ne pas être resté plus longtemps. Cet hôtel est une destination en lui-même et constitue une excellente base pour découvrir Valladolid, Ek’ Balam, Chichén Itzá et les magnifiques cénotes de la région.

Je recommande cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation. C’est le genre d’endroit dont on repart avec l’envie d’y revenir.

A Beautiful Respite!

The grounds are gorgeous. The food is always delicious and the staff is attentive and eager to make your stay memorable.

Cons:

There was an event that was happening in the grotto during the time of our stay. Sadly, had to pass on the grotto this trip because we didn’t want to spend the $700 mxp per person.

Cons:

En la habitación me gastaría que incluyeran un espejo fuera del baño, y podrían incluir un frigobar para mantener las bebidas frías que proporciona el establecimiento.
