Beutiful place and friendly staff
La "Cueva" una grotta sotterranea in stile sauna con una piscina di acqua calda, il ristorante per la colazione molto bello e la piscina fredda esterna comoda. Le camere sono normali, letto matrimoniale abbastanza comodo. Pulizia buona. In generale una buona struttura.
Camera al piano terra abbastanza afosa, va bene per una notte di passaggio.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We are genuinely shocked by the number of positive reviews, as our experience was completely different.
The rooms are extremely outdated, poorly maintained, and far below what we would consider an acceptable standard. There is no proper ceiling, making the rooms unbearably noisy. Every conversation, animal sound, and movement from outside can be heard clearly, making it almost impossible to relax or sleep.
The windows and doors are old and poorly sealed, with large gaps that allow insects and other animals to enter the room freely. To make matters worse, a bird had built a nest directly above our room in the roof, creating constant noise. We found mosquitoes and other insects on and around the bed, which was both disturbing and unhygienic.
What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of care from the staff. They were unfriendly, indifferent, and showed no interest whatsoever in addressing our concerns. We felt unwelcome from the moment we arrived.
The conditions were so unacceptable that we decided not to stay even a single night. What was most disappointing was that nobody seemed surprised by our complaints, nor did anyone make any effort to find a solution. It felt as though guest satisfaction simply does not matter here.
We would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. There are far better options available. We cannot recommend this property under any circumstances.

Everything was amazing! We loved the cave with the hot water, the pool, the fish spa and the hammocks at the pool and especially the one in the room. The garlic shrimp in the hotel restaurant were amazing. Service was also great. We wish we could have stayed longer.
