A haven of relaxation
Pros:

This place is a real haven. I loved my spacious room and being surrounded by beautiful jungle. The pool is lovely and the warm cave salt pool is amazing for relaxing. I also had a really good massage in the spa. The on-site ice cream place is great too, and I loved seeing the turtles. But the best part is the restaurant - the shrimp tostada with pineapple is one of the best things I've ever eaten!

Cons:

Rooms are not remotely soundproof and it can be loud - take earplugs.

170€ la nuit. L’hôtel le plus cher que nous avons payé au Mexique et le pire. Rapport qualité/prix médiocre.
Pros:

La piscine d’eau chaude dans la cave. Le restaurant qui était très bon.

Cons:

Chambres extrêmement bruyantes. Toute la nuit, nous avons entendu des aboiements de chiens et une circulation intense avec beaucoup de motos. Aucune isolation acoustique dans la chambre.
Chambre très sombre.
Pas de frigo, pas de bouilloire, pas de machine à café, pas de verre.

Beautiful private resort that made us feel like VIPs
Pros:

Everything was great a very much a resort feel. The food at the restaurant was very good and the cave was relaxing. Our room was beautiful.

Excellent stay in an interesting town not far from chichen itza
Pros:

The cave pool was something special, the massage was excellent and the conservation initiatives were great to see.

Cons:

Can be noisy at night from local music / motorbikes but this wasn’t an issue beyond 23:00

Great art, lots of interesting features and the cave!
Pros:

Amazing art all round the property. Lots of quirky and fun things like the fish spa, bees, turtles and lovely plants. The wonderful ‘two D’ ice cream parlour is a special treat and of course the cave!
Very inexpensive and good yoga class too.

Cons:

Didn’t like being asked to tip every time we ordered something, especially the breakfast: how could we add 10% as requested on something that was ‘free’? Very annoying. We said we’d tip at the end when we paid our bill, which we did, but this did not appear acceptable to some staff.
Some way of drying swimsuits would be useful.

Pros:

Tout était parfait. Acceuil, chambre, piscine, restaurant. Etl 'hôtel est vraiment trés trés beau. Nous recommandons cet hôtel, et si nous devions repartir pour Valladolid, nous réserverions cet hôtel sans hésitation.
