Magico y hermoso lugar! No duden en visitar.
Pros:

Excelente lugar para una escapada romantica! De verdad la habitacion, las instalaciones, el servicio, todo es muy bueno y el lugar es magico. Super relajante!

El restaurant esta increible, gran comida!

Lo recomiendo muchisimo, no pierdan la oportunidad de visitar la cueva y de disfrutar de las amenidades!

Perfekter Ausgangsort für Ruhe und Aktion
Pros:

Die Anlage ist traumhaft ein richtiges Juwel um runter zu kommen und gleichzeitig die Umgebung und Cenoten um Valladolid zu besuchen. Die Eisbar ist so wunderschön, der Cave einfach besonders und das Restaurant toll! Alle waren extrem freundlich und es war auf unserer Reise ein Highlight

Espectacular! El hotel tiene un concepto de oasis de naturaleza y bienestar en medio del pueblo de Valladolid, super cómodo, el restaurante tiene una buena oferta y todos los platos son deliciosos. El personal es amable y resolutivo. La cueva es imperdible.

Beautiful place to escape the hectic streets of Mexico

- Design was great with beautiful attention to detail
- staff in all areas was kind and helpful
- pool & cave are clean and gorgeous
- shower had good pressure and beds were comfortable
- tours offered by reception weee good value

Suggestions:
- towels could be of nicer quality
- not enough parking spots for amount of cars expected as due to the location likelihood that guests will come by car is high
- beautiful paintings at the wall need constant overpainting to guarantee that the place looks clean and beautiful and not forgotten maintenance, to keep up with the current standard

10/10 experience — we absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

The hotel itself is beautiful and incredibly well maintained. The cave pool is such a unique feature, and the outdoor pool is equally lovely and relaxing. The rooms were an absolute delight — full of character, beautifully decorated with Yucatecan-inspired art, and they really give you a sense of being somewhere special rather than in a generic hotel.

The hospitality was another highlight. The entire team was warm, attentive and genuinely lovely, especially Miguel, Kimberly and Jorge, who made our experience even better. Service throughout our stay was excellent.

They also have a really cool in-house gelateria with a 2D art concept that is definitely worth checking out — such a fun and unexpected touch!

And finally, the food: highly, highly recommended. Everything we tried at the restaurant was delicious, but special credit to the chef for the meat, which is one of his specialties and was absolutely incredible. The quality-to-price ratio is also excellent.

Beautiful facilities, spotless rooms, amazing hospitality, great food and plenty of personality. A genuine 10/10 and a place we would happily recommend!

Pros:

I literally have never reviewed any place I’ve stayed at but this hotel completely exceeded ALL expectations. The photos do it no justice. The communication, staff, food, rooms, amenities were all 1000/10.
