Klare Empfehlung!!
Pros:

Sehr aufmerksames Personal, spricht englisch. Tolles Frühstück , Abendessen im Restaurant sehr empfehlenswert. Die Höhle ist ein einzigartiges Erlebnis. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, bietet hinter jeder Ecke eine kleine Überraschung bei genauen hinsehen.

Exceptional experience and a great place to relax
Pros:

It was a great experience to stay in a place with a very inspiring concept and definitely it met all the usual standards that you would expect from a hotel. The staff were really friendly and the hotel restaurant had very delicious meals.

Cons:

Nothing was wrong with this place. It was one of my favorite hotels in Mexico.

Very Very BAD!!

Cons:

Rooms with thatched roof in the middle of a rainforest, not ideal for whom are scared about insects or look for cleanliness. I paid in full at the reception when arrived and then it was not possible to change nor to be refunded anymore, despite I have indicated my fobia (few seconds later). I quitted the hotel and booked another one more comfortable. VERY VERY BAD!!

Incredible place!
Pros:

The cave and private nude area to tan are amazing features!
Definitely do the sound healing and yoga, it is to die for!
I also recommend doing a massage because they use all the techniques in one, you get to experience it all.
Oh, and don’t let me forget the gelato shop on the property, picturesque, get your instagram ready, it’s one of a kind.

Cons:

The price is hefty, if the property can lower the price or incentivize with extra feee activities or tours, or bikes, would be even better.

Liked the setting, beautiful garden, very zen, nice spacious room, good bed, good shower, …

Cons:

A lot of noise at night, dogs barking, cars, …. Also a bit far from the center. Parking too small, had to park our car in the street.

La cave est magnifique, l'eau est agréable et chaude.
Grande piscine dans un jardin agréable.
Chambre très jolie et propre, ménage fait tous les jours. Climatisation et ventilateurs à disposition.
Petit déjeuner : boisson chaude, jus d'orange et plat à la carte.
Parking sécurisé.
Stand de glaces à l'intérieur de l'hôtel, très bonnes.
Verre de bienvenue (tequila / eau d'hibiscus)

Cons:

Insistance des serveurs pour le pourboire du petit déjeuner alors que le petit-déjeuner était inclus dans notre séjour...

Manque d'insonorisation de la chambre.

Hotel à un peu plus de 20 minutes à pieds du centre. Mais quartiers autour sûrs et routes éclairées.
