Beau séjour dans un bel hôtel
Pros:

Chouette hôtel avec un personnel très gentil. La piscine dans la cave est spéciale. Beau jardin.

This hotel in one word: 'AMAZING'!
Pros:

I don't often give hotels a 10 but W-O-W. This one totally deserves it. AMAZING! Not one bad thing to say about it. If I had known this beforehand, I would've booked a longer stay. If we ever go back to Valladolid, I'm not even going to look at other options, this is the only option.

Dies ist ein besonderer Ort. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die bemühte Rezeptionistin hat uns bei Empfang die möglichen Touren ausführlich erklärt, wir waren sehr froh darüber, nicht selbst planen zu müssen und eigene geführte Touren in Rio Lagartos und Chitchen Itza für einen fairen Preis zu bekommen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, wir haben auch sonst mehrfach im Restaurant gegessen, da das Essen außergewöhnlich ist. Es wird auch der hauseigene Meliponahonig verkauft. Die Schildkröten die in vorigen Rezensionen erwähnt wurden sind leider nicht mehr im Garten.

Cons:

Das Schwimmbad fanden wir nicht so ansprechend. Wir waren in einem Erdgeschosszimmer untergebracht, das war etwas dunkel.

We were immediately greeted by friendly staff and welcome tequilas, and enjoyed every minute

The staff was incredibly friendly, professional and attentive. The facilities were beautiful, the food was just amazing, the pool. salt cave, art murals, decor, beds.
