Fantastic
Pros:

It was clean, comfortable rooms. Easy to find. Brilliant parking space. Staff were tremendous.

Cons:

The only negative would be it looks unloved from the outward appearance. But it’s deceiving as once inside it’s lovely!

Great value great time.
Pros:

Easy check in spotlessly clean
Room nicely furnished with kitchenette equipped with 2 ring hot plate fridge and microwave pan and frying pan provided. Tea towel washing up liquid and scourer pad its all there. Usual tea and coffee milk pods and sugar. They have thought of everything. Bed had crisp white sheets and was very comfortable. To be pedantic the TV could be bigger, but maybe thats my failing eyesight's fault not the TV's hhhh The Lymedale Bar and Dine attached to the same building is a nice place to meet up the food is gorgeous and they can pack some of the varied menu "To Go" if preferred.

Cons:

There's nothing not to like.

Great value suite. Will stay here again next time!
Pros:

Well appointed suite, great little kitchenette. Ensuite was fine.

Cons:

Not so much didn't like but "the boss" is picky with matresses where her back is concerned. Not fantastic but I was absolutely fine.

Good place to stay if you want a self contained room and have a car.
Pros:

Clean self contained room with kitchenette. Hotel had car parking and a restaurant / bar. Ideal for me to use as a base to visit the surrounding area.
Friendly staff when they were there.

Cons:

The hotel has an early check in cutoff at 6 pm. It was "be there before then or you don't get in."
The hotel seems to be unattended outside of normal office hours. It appeared to be largely unattended over the Easter weekend, although I was out during the day, so someone may have been there when I wasn't. They certainly weren't there after the advertised office open hours and before the advertised office closed hours.
The hotel is situated in the suburbs. There's not much around within walking distance if you want to eat somewhere else or the restaurant is closed, ie, Sunday night and Monday.

Lymedale Suites
Pros:

Lovely room, good amount of space. The kitchenette fits a fridge, 2 ring hob, microwave and sink into a small neat space. The refurbished room was pristine, the bed comfy. We stayed here in an emergency as our boiler had broken down and we needed to escape our very cold house. Our room was warm and we were able to have a hot shower and a comfortable night, and a hot meal at the Lymedale Bar and Restaurant next door.

Cons:

The entrance could do with a coat of paint to make a better first impression. Walls between rooms are thin.

The rooms were clean and convenient, ample parking and friendly staff.
Pros:

Having two rooms as one apartment gave our teenage son some privacy. The beds were comfortable enough for a hotel and having the kitchenette was useful, especially the utensils.

Cons:

The TV in the smaller room didn't receive any signal so we all ended up in one room with inadequate seating for 4 of us (we were visiting our daughter at uni), there was no specific seating area to eat together, just a sort of breakfast bar in the larger room. Some visitors didn't seem to recognise that the walls from the corridor were quite thin and having a loud discussion out there at 5 in the morning is thoughtless
