Clean and looked nice
Drainage problems in bathrooms, drain not connect to bath so water overflowed. No hotel leaves the plastic cover on their mattresses. Everytime you move on your bed you hear the plastic ruffle. It is a shame these things have dragged your hotel down so much.
It was a nice spacious room. Nice to have a bath option.
For me the location., there nothing in the way of a good restaurant or a bar near by. Their local places. The locals go, but not speak English and tbh are very unwelcoming.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It is really great value for the price. The reception works 24/7 - we arrived at 5/6 am and got upgraded to the better room, much appreciated. The room was very nice, cozy and the bed was comfortable - one of the best so far (after 14 days in Vietnam).
