Wonderful and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Beautiful view of the lake from our patio. It was very quiet during the day and night. We weren’t even sure anyone else was staying in the building we were in. If so we never heard or saw them. Very nice stay.

Waste of time and money.
Pros:

Couch and bed was newer and comfortable.

Cons:

No check in office or staff. Dead spiders everywhere. Terrible view behind a tree. Not on the beach. Paid extra for the jaccuzi room and didnt use it due to cleanliness and yellow stains. Yellow water. Staff came in next day to clean and didnt leave towels but took the dirty ones.

Very cute place with a great view!
Pros:

The property was very clean. There was an amazing view of the lake. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable enough. The view from the balcony was nice. It was very easy to find and the parking very accessible.

Cons:

The only issue was the fireplace didn’t work in our room. Also there is a slight odor in the hallway when you first walk in . I think they could use some air fresheners or maybe the carpets need to be cleaned .

Good, had a great time.
Pros:

The room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed and good atmosphere.

Cons:

The room could use some upgrades especially the door locks. The trim around the whirlpool tub was old and worn. No deal breakers just looks like its time for a overall face lift you know?

Our stay went well and we enjoyed it!
Pros:

We really enjoyed the view and the location.

Pros:

Excellent location, right on Lake Como. Beautiful views. Customer service was remote but very responsive. Room was big and beautiful. Tons of privacy and very quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

No cleaning service until post check out
Room was a little run down (torn furniture, water damage in the shower area). At $300/ night, we were expecting a bit more.

Great spot with a stellar view. Close to Lake Geneva and its small towns. Great food at nearby restaurants.

Cons:

Jacuzzi was not working, unfortunately. Sent a message but didn't receive a reply.

Nice room, great views, quiet but not worth the value.
Pros:

I liked the size of the room. The fireplaces were nice and the spa tub on the loft was neat. The bed was comfortable and the decor was pleasant.

Cons:

There were several knobs including the knobs on the spa tub that were loose or broken. There were not enough towels provided for 2 days considering that there was a spa tub. There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper available and the tissue box was nearly empty. There were parts of the room that were dirty and the fan in the bathroom was crusted with dust. Our room was never cleaned by housekeeping during our stay.

It was nice, quiet, and pleasant, but just needed to be updated.
Pros:

The room was a little outdated and the fireplace worked partially of the time.
It was cozy and the location is great, but I could have stayed in a nicer place for the price.

Cons:

Old and outdated. They really need to upgrade the rooms.

Pros:

love the area was nice and quiet. the room was nice

Cons:

The tv remote didn't work needed batteries and since there was no staff and no store close by we couldn't watch tv and the fireplace didn't work at all this was a huge let down as this was a romantic get away so we couldn't watch tv or use the fireplace.

Pros:

Everything was good. The location was nice and the facilities were adequate to great. I would definitely come back again.

Cons:

I wish there were more attention to detail in terms of what's available for the guests. For instance, I could have really used a wine opener!
