Disappointed with room but overall a fabulous hotel
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel.
Great location, lovely staff, immaculately clean & gorgeous food.

Cons:

Although we were aware we were booking a small double, the room was so tiny! You couldn’t even bend over to put socks on. Should definitely be a single room as it is uncomfortable for two people. Actually spoiled our stay but no other rooms were available at the time.

Great location but a premium price.good food options day and evening.
Pros:

Location next to theatre and parking.

Cons:

Price and unfortunately yet again breakfast. Poor set up, late or missing items on continental missing item's when cooked food arrived every time.

Will definitely return!!
Pros:

The location was perfect and having their own car park is a plus. Very stylish decor that has been modernised. The bar area was lovely to have a drink in the evening. The bedroom was exceptional and so big!

Cons:

Room 110 was very small
Noisy air-con units are positioned
Just below the window, and I barely slept.
No staff asked how our stay was, and I don't think they were bothered!

Prachtige kamer, mooi pand, lekker ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, super goeie ligging

Cons:

Het zetelbed voor onze kinderen (10 en 12 jaar) was te klein en de matras te dun. Het was een groot contrast met het super grote en comfortabele bed voor de ouders.

Disappointing, deceived by staff and did nothing to rectify issue. Will never stay here again
Pros:

Room size and facilities were fine. Great view of sea.

Cons:

Lifts were so small, small pram couldn't fit in the lift, staff knew this but failed to make us aware of this issue, wouldn't take accountability, had to take 2 babies and 2 prams individually, resulting in 8 trips up and down just to enter and leave the hotel.

Pros:

A beautiful hotel. Very clean and welcoming. Great sea view. Perfect location for visiting Venue cymru and close enough to walk to town, with the beach just across the road. Very handy to have parking here too. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The breakfast was a little bland.
