Pros:

The staff were very friendly. Location to the theatre was excellent.

Cons:

The only negative was the bar closed early. After visiting the theatre we came back to the hotel expecting to be able to go into the bar but we're told it was closing. This was 10.30pm.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with nice staff. Room was clean with great natural light into it. Located on the water front was easy to walk straight into the town center. Stayed for tea which was execelt

Cons:

The only factor that could make the experience better would be dressing gowns in the rooms

Lovely hotel, just a couple of negatives....
Pros:

The hotel was lovely, clean and modern, and in a great location. Staff very friendly

Cons:

Harsh to say "didn't like" but just a couple of negatives....
The TV in the room was fitted into the foot of the bed, which was okay except it meant it could only be watched from the bed. This was a shame because the main room space was lovely and big, with a sofa and chair.
One other thing was the food in the restaurant; had chicken caeser salad which came with the skin on (the chicken) and a cold egg. It was disappointing. Breakfast was okay but not good value really

A comfortable and relaxing place to stay.
Pros:

Best hotel in Llandudno by far🙏🏻
Pros:

Absolutely spottless fantastic staff very helpful and pleasant.decor was lovely attention to detail spot on .great location went to see a show at venue cymru which was next door.breakfast was freshly cooked to order nice and fresh.thank you everyone for a perfect stay❤️

Absolutely oustanding place
Pros:

Clean , spacious rooms. All what’s needed available in the room. I was impressed with all the emergency kits on site just in case. Good quality products and amazing beds not to mention exceptional view and great location . Great caring and helpful staff and the food to die for . Best roast dinner I ever had ! Highly recommending to try ( chef Lee did outstanding job making our breakfast and dinner and Jo and Andrew looked after us really well )

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Comfy bed room a little small put compact had every thin you needed but no chair to sit on so had to sit on bed bathroom very modern and high speck breakfast good quality ingredients very small area for continental food toaster not very good no indication of how to enter hotel once door locked but did manage to get in when realised where to use key card

Better toaster at breakfast just didn't toast

The wet room shower was difficult to contain the amount of water spread outside the cubicle

Pros:

The view, the layout and modern furniture in the room. Good location, and parking being the key decision as to why we booked this hotel.

Cons:

Banging noises throughout the night (not sure where this was coming from), smell of food and general noise first thing in the morning.
