Very spacious and well furnished. Shame about the odour, lack of fresh air and hairs.
Pros:

The room was well furnished and had everything we needed, the night porter was friendly and we got to our room quickly when we arrived. The room and ensuite was very spacious and couldn't have asked for much more in that regard.

Cons:

Upon entering the room a musty smell hit us almost like smoking in the room is permitted. This smell left its mark on all clothes even once we had left.
The room was very warm considering it is February. The windows do not open for fresh air. Even with the air conditioning turned to the lowest it didn't seem to make much difference.
The bedding was clean, however, the headboard was covered in long hairs which really should be part of the room cleaning tasks in my opinion.

Hopefully it is an isolated experience as it is a really nice hotel and location.

Very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Staff were helpful and always cooperative. The room we stayed in was clean, tidy, spacious and well presented. Evening meal was well cooked and well presented. Location of this hotel , with convenient parking, just next door to the theatre is ideal for attending performances. ( impressed by the theatre as well ). Overall I am glad I picked this hotel.

Cons:

The noise from the central heating system detracts from the rooms at the back of the hotel. Other than that, I would happily return.

Calm & Comfortable stay
Pros:

Everything was incredibly well thought out and professional. The staff were friendly, considerate and went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after. The room was very tidy, everything you could need was there. Very handy to have a fridge there to avoid having to nip out to get food/drinks while working from the hotel. The snug was a real treat, so wonderful to work by the fire with a view of the sea. The food in the restaurant was lovely, best steak I've had in ages. SO close to Venue Cymru so super handy for working there.

Cons:

The full breakfast was lovely but the mushrooms on toast was disappointing.
The Netflix app was not on the TV and couldn't be added without a passcode. Would be good to get that added to all the TV's. I kept forgetting to mention it as I was passing reception. No biggie I just watched BBC iplayer instead.
There was a big standby light on the bottom of the TV which lit up the room at night. Not much they can do about that I suppose and didn't impact my stay but may bother some people. It wasn't something I bothered to mention to staff.

A very convenient position with excellent parking but a few little tweaks needed to make it totally enjoyable.

It’s position. The room was very nicely positioned with a wonderful sea view.

Cons:

My husband found the pillows far too stiff and the bed not very comfortable
I ordered avocado on toast with poached egg for breakfast . It came with a fresh chilli in the avocado. It dominated the whole dish. I should have rejected it as I didn’t enjoy it and the menu said it was lemon seasoning.
