Exceeded all expectations.The absolute best hotel in Llandudno

Exceptional small hotel.Over .and above service from staff.Everywhere was spotlessly clean and welcoming.Room was small but only available one when booking however did not distract from comfort and was quite adequate bed very comfortable with good quality bed linen.Breakfast cooked to order with good choice delicious.Extra touches in room included sleep mask ,toothbrush with toothpaste, shoe shine kit,mending kit and vanity kit.Bathroom very tastefully finished with open fronted shower.Next door to theatre which makes it an ideal location on seafront

A very comfortable room, good food, friendly and helpful staff, overall cleanliness

Cons:

The dinner service good on Monday and Tuesday but on Wednesday we waited for over and hour for dinner to be served so on Thursday we ordered some nibbles but still waited for nearly an hour before the main course arrived
