The location was perfect for attending Venue Cymru and for having a look around the shopping area and of course being on the seafront is perfect.
Well situated on the sea front and convenient for the theatre next door. Parking within the hotels own grounds & not on the road.
Meals were excellent. Staff helpful and friendly. The decor was fresh and well cared for and modern. Liked the picnic tables making a statement
The lift being so small not wide enough to allow a small walker in apart from folding it down.
No handles in the shower unit
Very clean and tidy great place to stay on the front of the main promenade road and ideal for the theatre just a short walk the food was excellent
The only minus was the facilities for breakfast as their was only 1 toaster for the whole hotel which was difficult due to the amount of guests but it wasn’t important just had to wait your turn

The hotel is immaculate, very comfortable and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant and at breakfast was delicious. We would happily (and hopefully) stay here again.
Our only slight grumble was that we felt a bit forgotten one night in the restaurant when we were the only ones there. We had a problem with noise from a TV late at night from another room, but the staff helped us by speaking to the people involved.
Room was excellent with all the required ameneties.

Parking, clean, friendly, good food, wi fi, comfy bed, beautiful building, great location.
Room was beautiful but space was very limited.
Also bathroom was lovely, but unsure about the open shower as the tiled floor got very slippery when wet.
All the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was comfortable and well appointed, and we had a lovely view of the sea front. Only a minutes walk to venue cymru, which was ideal. Having an onsite car park was great.
We had our breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant, which was delicious!
Andrew and his team of dedicated staff were excellent. Can not fault them at all. Room immaculate, Sunday roast was amazing with lovely extras. The Superking bed was the most comfortable ever. We will without hesitation be coming back.

A lovely clean hotel, the staff were really friendly and the breakfast was really nice. We will definately stay there again.

The location was excellent, The small double room was very tight ,manageable for one night ,but I must say the fixtures and fitting s were exceptional.
