Not a big deal
Pros:

Mostly the location, staff polit and friendly in general. Clean and tidy.

Cons:

The bathroom do need to be renovated, or at least parts of it. Lots of flies coming from outside to the room
We asked the lady at reception if we could have a late checkout, and pay a bit extra , she accepted but then she went back on it !
