⚠️ HÔTEL À FUIR ABSOLUMENT ⚠️

J’avais réservé plusieurs nuits à l’avance. Il était clairement indiqué sur le site que le paiement intégral devait se faire sur place, sans acompte.

À mon arrivée vers 1h du matin (mon vol ayant eu du retard), on m’annonce que ma chambre a été donnée à quelqu’un d’autre, sous prétexte que je n’aurais pas payé d’avance.
Lorsque je rappelle que le site précise un paiement sur place, on me répond qu’un message m’a été envoyé 3 heures plus tôt pour me demander un acompte — pendant que j’étais dans l’avion, donc évidemment injoignable.

J’ai expliqué que :

je ne pouvais pas lire un message en plein vol,

il est totalement inacceptable de modifier les conditions de paiement à la dernière minute,

et encore moins de le faire 3 heures avant l’arrivée, en pleine nuit.

Résultat : aucune solution proposée, aucune prise de responsabilité.
Je me suis retrouvé à 2h du matin à Ho Chi Minh City, sans logement, à devoir chercher une chambre en urgence — une situation extrêmement stressante et dangereuse.

👉 Manque total de professionnalisme, pratiques malhonnêtes et irrespect des clients.
👉 Conditions non respectées, communication abusive, zéro fiabilité.

Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement.

Cons:

Pas la bonne chambre, ni le bon prix. Le sol était sale, on avait les pieds noirs dessous.

close to airport.cheap price but you can feel it really well.

Cons:

cleanup was 0 - 1 points.
I have never ever before meet hotelroom floor so dirty that when i walk to shower the whole bahtroom floor get black dirty.
ok they have slippers in room but you should walk in the room without getting black dirty to your feet !
Also have trash from quest before and you can not open balcony door.
little bit more maintenance and this place could be ok
