La Passion Hanoi Hotel & Apartment

Located within Old Quarter, hence walking distance to most tourist spots, shopping streets and food establishments!
Room size was what I wanted, spacious.
Noise level was rather minimal, considering I stayed on the 6th floor.
There's a lift, hence do no need to climb stairs. The only stairs is from alley to reach hotel lobby.
The water temperature in the bathroom was easy to adjust and it warms up or cools down pretty fast.
Mike (hotel manager) was very helpful in introducing the Old Quarter and nearby places to us, even helped us with our luggage down the lobby on our last day.
Hotel staff also kept the room generally clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was provided at sister hotel, about 3mins walk away, variety of food was good.
Roadside eateries just outside hotel, worth trying.
There is a real window in the room, though not much view.
As it was very hot weather, grateful that hotel allowed us to keep the AC switched on all day.
Having a microwave in the room was convenient for us to heat up food from convenience stores.
Will definitely recommend this hotel for a good and comfortable stay.

Staff are super friendly especially Mike and Victor, Mike is the best receptionist I’ve seen. Location is perfectly, attractions , restaurants and transportation are nearby.

Great small hotel. Near everything needed. Small walk to breakfast that was lovely and fresh.
Mike on the desk was extremely helpful and helped us with every need possible.

Завтрак понравился. В день от'езда нам надо было очень рано уезжать в аэропорт и сотрудники отеля приготовили нам завтрак с собой ( сухой паек) когда узнали об этом.
В Ханое был дождь в день нашего там пребывания и сотрудники отеля любезно предложили нам большой красивый зонт доя прогулки по городу.
Расположение прекрасное! Очень близко от отеля начиналась пешеходная зона исторического центра города ( в субботу и воскресенье). Останавливались в январе, накануне праздника Тэт, отель был очень со вкусом украшен.

Placed very central, very nice staff, comfy bed, amazing breakfast.

Spacious room with balcony windows and good value for money, especially in the Old Quarter with loads of great restaurants, convenience stores and shopping nearby. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet alley, so you don't hear too much of the street noise. Nice to have both the fan and AC as options for cooling down. The cleaning staff also always made sure I came back to a tidy room no matter what time I left for the day! Bathtub was a nice bonus.

Mike at reception also made the stay extra smooth and easy, he was attentive and really nice to chat to. He also arranged 2 tours for me with very little notice so I appreciated that too.
