Very nice and welcoming staff

Very clean and spacious room. Really enjoyed my three night stay here. Mike was excellent and helped me with anything I needed, including a very late check in on the first night.

We had 3 nights stay in this hotel. Great location in the middle of old city, that is close to the shops, coffee and restaurants. Despite being in the middle of city, the room was quiet and hardly hearing street noises.
Rooms were adequately clean and beds were comfortable.
Staff were amazing especially Mike. He was cheerful and of great help. He helped us arrange domestic flights, cruise to Ha long as well as sleeper bus to Sapa. Other staff were also kind and helpful.

The bedroom was very comfortable and clean! It’s very close to everything with very warming staff

Hotel situato nell'old quarter ma in via laterale, il che rende la struttura più silenziosa rispetto alle altre. In pochi passi si raggiunge tutto. Colazione eccezionale presso l'hotel della stessa catena, raggiungibile in pochi passi. Camera enorme e pulitissima con tutto il necessario. La nostra aveva anche l'angolo cottura con lavello, fornello, microonde e frigo

Excellent stay — great location and an outstanding host

We had a wonderful stay at La Passion Hotel in Hanoi. The location is excellent, close to everything and very convenient for getting around the city.

Special mention goes to Mike, our host — he was absolutely amazing. He went out of his way to make sure every guest was completely comfortable and took care of anything we needed during our stay. He also arranged our day tours and other essentials, and at better prices than what we found online.

All in all, a great stay. Highly recommended.
