Cũng ok. Vị trí khách sạn và nhân viên 10 điểm không có nhưng. Chất lượng phòng thì không ổn lắm.

Không được tiện nghi, mới, sạch sẽ, đầy đủ. Cửa khoá điện tử. Nhưng hết pin, không dùng được, toàn dùng chìa khoá, ổ điện trong phòng ít, còn không dùng được nữa, kính, gương không sạch sẽ, bụi bẩn. Giường đôi size to. Nhưng đệm là 2 đệm giường nhỏ ghép lại khiến đêm nằm lăn bị lọt vô giữa khe. Ổ điện đầu giường không dùng được. Ấm siêu tốc phải ra ngoài hành lang đun, trong phòng k đun được, điện không vào. sạc pin phải chạy ra bàn sạc. Không sạc cạnh giường được

For the price it was good.
Pros:

I enjoyed taking a boat tour to the islands. The islands are really worth seeing.

Cons:

My visit was in winter - empty buildings and not many people nearby the hotel.

Great from the outside, but horrible service
Pros:

Very spacious and clean room, with everything you need. Comfortable bed and interior. Good price.

Cons:

The service is abyssal though. The staff doesn't speak any English and seems totally disinterested. Everybody is just laying around or sleeping. The young woman at the reception was the only one actually trying to help.

We asked for breakfast in the morning and got 2 slices of stale toast with 1 egg and some jam per person. Worst breakfast we had in all of southeast Asia.

If you are coming to HALONG BAY you must stay at HOTEL SUN HA LONG ☺️
Pros:

The facilities and the location is 10/10. The hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Pros:

rooms were immaculate and very good value for money. The guy behind the desk was super helpful in trying to get me fast food delivered.

Overall a pleasant stay with a good value for your money and some room for improvement.
Pros:

The room was good and clean. There's enough storage room for all things you need. The hotel provides water bottles daily and there a kettle as well.
The staff at the reception was very helpful and helped us organize a boat tour, but not all went as expected.

Cons:

Even though the staff helped us booking the tour, they didn't order the taxi in the morning, es they said they would. So we arrived at the harbor late - which turned out to be no problem at all because the tour started much later than they told us.
Also the taxi didn't look like an official taxi. He didn't even have a taximetet so he charged us a fixed price of 50k, which was quite a lot compared to other taxis.

Also, the staff was not speaking english very good.
