Kemi House Hoi An

Ideal location. Everything is so clean and maintained so well: the bed, the bedsheets, the bathroom. Just incredible! Grandma even booked a car for me to da nang airport at a competitive price

La gentillesse de notre hôtesse, le linge propre et plié impeccablement.
La chambre familiale composée de deux chambres communicantes avec chacune leur salle de bain, tres pratique.
La piscine interieure pour se rafraîchir.

Chủ villa - Mr Huy thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Mẹ của Huy là người trực tiếp trực ban và giặt quần áo thuê, cho thuê xe máy. Bà thân thiện, hay cho đồ ăn cho trẻ con. Phòng cách âm cực tốt, ko nghe thấy bất cứ âm thanh nào bên ngoài. Phòng rộng, decor sạch, đẹp. Ban công thoáng rộng, bố con nhà nó hay rủ nhau ra ăn mì. Bể bơi tầng 1 nhỏ xinh, nước hơi lạnh nên cần làm quen một lát rồi mới bơi. Ở ven phố cổ, đi bộ 300 mét đến phố cổ.

This is my 5th time returning to Hoi An and staying at Kemi. The room is clean and quiet, and the host is very friendly and helpful.

This was the absolute best place i stayed in all of my 3 weeks in Vietnam! Such a beautiful home. The nicest people who go out of their way to ensure your comfort and happiness! I was so sad to leave and will absolutely stay here again my next visit to Hoi An! Their laundry service is top notch too! Overall it felt like I was staying at grandma’s home.. so cozy and welcoming!

Huy was very kind and helpful, the rooms were spacious, the location was great, and the price was very affordable!

We loved everything about this property.
So close to the night market and the beautiful scenery of Hoi an.
The Family room was fantastic, so clean and comfortable.
The family who owns this we’re very kind and beautiful, my family and I felt so safe and relaxed it was like meeting a new family we will definitely return.
The Grandmother was so beautiful we called her mumma she was so infectious.
All I can say is if your heading here with children this is definitely the place to stay and I can’t express this enough.

The rooms were nice and comfortable, they also have a small but nice pool. The hotel is in a very good spot close to all the main attractions and the night market but away from all the noise. We had to wake up very early both mornings so we didn't try the breakfast but the lady was so sweet and accommodating with us and the last day she even gave us something to take with us to eat on our way to the airport.
They also have a laundry service.

Close to the center but also quiet. Nice host.
