Posh Beds with City View and Pools

Unit 47306 Not clean lots of crawling insects every day. I had to buy a can of 🪳 🪳 🪳 spray.. bef sheets pillow cases blanket looks so dirty I have to buy my own to cover them. aircon leaking straight to bed. Hidden charges not clear when you book.

I and my aunt had a totally horrible staycation experience here in this supposed posh condo rental for the New Year holidays. The entire place is worn down and looks like an apartment that was left unmaintained. Book at your own risk because there were a lot of cockroaches that infest all the cupboards, utensils holder, microwave oven, the broken down fridge, and the countertops--it was very cringing! I had to buy Lysol spray, Baygon insect killer, and multipurpose cleanser at SM to clean out the entire floors, countertops and sink, and the bathroom floor before I deemed it okay for us to stay the day (I should've just went back home as I had to clean anyway). I also bought our own glass plates, cups, and utensils because I cannot take using their mismatched and discolored dining ware that have vermin all over them. To make it extra worse, the receiving staff who showed me to our unit dropped and broke the ceramic dish with the pasta that I baked for our NYE dinner supposedly. We had to order because it wasn't salvageable anymore and they didn't even compensate for the damages. Not at all! They even charged extra for security and cleaning fees. The bed was huge but I specifically booked a unit with two beds because my aunt snores. And this host made me stay in one of their units with only 1 been bed, which I didn't care for because I wanted a bed of my own!!! The AC is also by the walls in the living room so it doesn't seep into the bedroom that much, so it's as if there's no AC there. They have a dirty, dusty stand fan though, which made my rhinitis act up, too.
Suffice to say, I had far from good an experience, and I'll never set foot at BSA Tower again!
It's the first time I've ever had this poor experience throughout the more than a decade I've been booking for city staycations.
Booking.com team, kindly assess your list of hosts to check if they're delivering what they promised in the description.

the room is not clean more insects

The bed has a lot of insect, Aircondition not cold enougjt,the property dirty and they asking payment for the utilitues and late check in.

Not clean. Lots of cockroaches. Needs a good maintenance. Property has a lot of potential but it wasnt maintained.

My staff who stayed there said there are a lot of cockroaches. The unfriendly staff, especially the girl, mentioned that the property is not hers, so it's okay for us to provide negative feedback. I don't care she said. They only informed us about the 150 pesos fee per person every day when we arrived. It felt like a hold-up. This is my first time encountering an additional payment on Booking.com. The deposit for the key needs to be followed up on until the afternoon. I cannot recommend this place, though the view at night is good. I don't know if the owner is aware of the attitude of their staff. And what about you, Booking.com? There are a lot of negative comments about this property, yet it is still on your listing."

the apartment is not well kept. Lots of cockroaches that we couldn't even put anything on the table. it's all over the place.Toilets, living room and even in the beds.My two nieces got bites. Besides that they didn't give our security deposit.

Too many bedbugs (surot)

BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY! There is a lot of misinformation about this booking. They claim the room is 37 sqm, but it is actually only around 25 sqm.

Before we arrived, we were asked what time we would be getting to the property, and we were told to arrive at 2 PM. When we arrived, they asked us to wait 10 minutes for the room to be prepared. An hour passed, and we were still waiting outside the lobby. As we continued to follow up, they decided to check us into a different room. This room had three bunk beds and a filthy bathroom. They insisted it was a better and bigger room, but it was definitely not equal to the one we had booked. We strongly demanded to be moved to the room we reserved.

Later that night, we were transferred, but the new room was still very small, not the 37 sqm room we had expected. There were a LOT of cockroaches, the bathroom lavatory was clogged, and the shower area already had mildew in the grout.

In addition to these poor experiences, they have a rule that charges 150 pesos per person, per day for utilities. This should already be included in the amount we paid to book the room. This is the first time we've encountered a host charging extra for utilities. We booked a room for 3 people, so we had to pay 450 pesos per day, totaling 1,800 pesos for 4 nights. This is ridiculous. When we questioned them, they gave us a discount, but we still had to pay the 150 pesos per day for 4 nights.
They will also charge 300 pesos for the keycard which they say it is refundable. Be sure to follow up often after checking out to have it refunded to you or else they wont bother to reply.

The only reason we booked this room is that BSA Hotel was fully booked, and we needed a place to stay in the area. I HIGHLY SUGGEST STAYING AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. This shouldn't even be allowed in booking.com.

Bad service and charging you fee for the elevator and utilities. Aircon does not cool and no hot water for shower.

This is my first ever "what i didn't like" review. I've been using booking.com since 2018. I always try to be polite but I just can't leave this alone.
They charge utility fee per day although it was not clean and the staff is not cleaning it everyday, we were not there during the day because of the convention. Beds and pillows smells old and it smells like someone slept there before us. Maybe they didn't change the sheets idk. We requested blankets twice and it never arrived. (no towels either but that's fine)
They have bed bugs. The bites on my arms started appearing the 2nd night.
