Perfect, relaxing break in Portals at a fine hotel.
Pros:

Returning customer, 5th visit, great facilities, location ideal, rooms in second phase of upgrade which make a nice difference. Rooftop bar and views are fantastic. Well run, staff great and nice vibe.

Gutes Hotel wenn man mobil ist und viele Ausflüge plant.
Pros:

Geräumige Suite mit schönem Balkon und Meerblick.
Da wir ab/bis Flughafen ein Auto gemietet hatten, lag das Hotel für uns in einer idealen und ruhigen Lage.
Parkplätze waren immer zu finden und wir waren mit Auto sehr flexibel.
Da ein late check out nicht möglich war, wurde unser Gepäck aufbewart und es wurde uns vor unserer Abreise ein Badezimmer zur kostenlosen Benutzung zur Verfügung gestellt.

Cons:

Leider typisches Handtuchlegen der Gäste. Wir waren kein einziges Mal am Pool da uns dieser ‘Run’ auf Liegen zu dumm ist.
Bei unserer Ankunft öffnete unser Zimmer sich nicht mit der Karte. Erst beim zweiten Mal wieder zurück in die Rezeption pilgern kam dann jemand mit einem Generalschlüssel mit. Das Problem wurde anschließend behoben.
An Tag drei war unser Zimmer nur teilweise gemacht worden. Nachdem wir die Rezeption informiert hatten, wurde das Zimmer abends fertig gemacht.
Die Wände sind sehr dünn!
Weder early check in noch late check out waren möglich. Allerdings konnten wir unsere Koffer unterstellen und bei der Abreise wurde uns ein Badezimmer kostenlos am späten Nachmittag zur Verfügung gestellt.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und sehr komfortabel. Wir hatten ein DZ mit Meerblick und Schallisolierung. Das Personal ist super nett, das Frühstück sehr schön ausgewählt. Die Rooftopbar toll. Auch der Pool hat eine tolle Grösse. Der Sandstrand, ca. 10 Minuten Gehweg, auch sehr schön. TOP

Excellent, clean and friendly staff.
Pros:

Excellent hotel and staff were very friendly. They provided recommendations for restaurants and bars to visit. Room was clean and breakfast had a a good selection.

Cons:

Gym is rather small but this is the only negative I can give this place.

La verdad que el hotel es excelente sobre todo por la calidad de atención de todo el personal, desde los encargados en administración hasta el personal de limpieza, siempre dispuestos y con una sonrisa, nos sentimos como en casa
