Overall good…if you want a very quiet hotel
Pros:

Clean and tidy

Cons:

The security around putting your food and drink on the room bill…each time I was asked out loud what was my room number and full name…not good for women on their own…consequently there was an item on our bill that wasn’t ours…also more dangerous things could happen as a young girl was assaulted in Palma whilst we were there

Nett aber nicht Überzeugend
Pros:

War gut aber nicht überragend

Cons:

Junior Suite mit Meerblick ( nicht seitlichen Meerblick ) gebucht.
4.Etage ist das Meer ein wenig zu sehen..von der Seite, dafür schönen Blick auf Häuser und Straßen. Man sollte bei der Beschreibung von Zimmern ehrlich sein. Ab 6. Etage hat man vielleicht Meerblick.

Sehr schönes Hotel, um Mallorca richtig zu genießen
Pros:

Sauberes und modernes Hotelzimmer mit großer Terrasse. Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbüffet abwechslungsreich und eine vielfältige Auswahl. Schöne Poolanlage mit schöner Bar.

Cons:

Es waren nur Kleinigkeiten. Kosmetiktücher im Bad haben gefehlt. Zudem war die Speisekarte abends im Restaurant sehr reduziert im Vergleich zur Mittagskarte, deshalb haben wir abends immer außerhalb gegessen. Zimmer sind auch etwas hellhörig.

I really enjoyed our stay here and I liked everything! The staff were very lovely, the breakfast delicious, a comfy bed, lovely pool area with plenty of beds. It felt very relaxing.

From start to finish , EXCELLENT!
Pros:

Lovely spacious apartment , modern and clean , with 2 balconies.
Very comfy bed , plenty of storage .
Great pool with plenty of sun beds .
Excellent breakfast .

Struttura nuova, camera molto confortevole. Colazione intercontinentale molto buona.posizione buona.parcheggio gratuito dove parcheggiare l'auto

Relaxed Hen Do Stay
Pros:

The hotel staff were so very lovely and accommodating to our hen party. Food was delicious and the lobby area and outside area next to the pool were so serene and relaxing. Special thank you to Carmen who made our stay absolute perfection! You can tell she takes the happiness of the guests at the hotel to heart and really goes above and beyond to help.

Cons:

The bugs in the front balcony corridor and would have been nice if the pool was open later.
Also it would have been better if the pool was a little warmer. It was like an ice bath, far too cold even for that weather.
