The safe draw was broken and another room was the same
This was the worst room I have ever seen. It was extremely dirty, with absolutely no facilities provided. The photos shown during booking looked like a 4-star hotel, but the actual room wasn’t even close—it wouldn’t qualify as a minus 4-star.
The room was clearly not cleaned at all. It looked as if someone had just checked out and they gave it to us without any housekeeping. The pillows, bedsheets, and other items were yellowish and filthy. The room smelled so bad that it was difficult to even breathe properly.

Only good thing is location
Staff was rude. This hotel is run very poorly with having to go into the massage shop to check in, I arrived at the correct check in time of 2pm but didn’t get the key until 4:30pm. My key was lost when I was out also, they did not have any spare keys for the room, which is crazy to think they don’t have spare keys for rooms. I had to pay 1000 baht for a locksmith to get into my room, the rooms are poor and smell of smoke.

Actually this hotel is not a hotel, wrong map location, there is no nameplate on the street even no any sign
I could the hotel, staff told me to go a massage parlor, one of employees of this massage parlor opened a tinny pass and then I went up, and I waited and she came and checked her phone. One sent her via WhatsApp bookings , but she didn’t find my booking.
Although I show my booking to her, she said sorry and I left the hotel(!)
