Excellent stay and the customer service was quick and efficient
Pros:

It was fairly close to the event I was attending, was clean, had everything I would need, the place was very secure which was really good

Cons:

The codes were a little confusing but that might just be a skill issue on my part. Other than that, can’t really complain, everything was decent

Great value for money for the location
Pros:

Amazing location!

Cons:

We had two rooms - one smelt very damp, the other fine. Bathroom a bit dated but clean.

A short stay in Una House
Pros:

I liked the area i found what i needed like souvenir shops and food cafe, bars it was good

Cons:

Only one bathroom if you need to use at the same time is occupied you have to wait

It was a bedroom, in poor condition and the worse room I have stayed in ever. Will never book it again, when you say it

Pros:

It was clean and in a great location. Thevroom was a great size apart from where the bed was situated. There was barely enough room to walk around it. No coffee available as you would find in most hotel rooms. It served its purpose 🤷🏻‍♀️

Cons:

So many codes to get into my room. If my phone had died id have been locked out

Incredible value for money
Pros:

Location is amazing between Camden and Kentish town underground stops.
Loads of shops nearby

Access to the flat was easy and it was very secure.

Friendly and helpful staff and a comfortable room that made for an easy stay for a first time solo traveller in London!
Pros:

Really helpful with getting into the property with set by step instructions that made it easy to navigate, comfortable and clean room with all necessary facilities. Despite having a shared bathroom and kitchen you never really bump into anyone and everyone is respectful, the facilities are also really close to your room.

a great stay and would recommend this place to others looking to attend the O2.
Pros:

What we liked about the room, is that it was in a perfect location for attending the Kentish town O2 and Kentish Town tube station. the room was spacious and easy to access and have everything we needed.

Cons:

there was a broken plug socket down the side of the single bed in our room that didn't seem safe but was only spotted the morning after. the bathroom door didn't seem to open very wide so i would not say it would be very accessible for those with additional needs.

Perfectly situated, and perfectly clean - 10 mins walk from Kentish Town tube / O2 Forum.
Has shared kitchen / cooker / fridge for anyone making a longer stay / on a budget.
15 mins walk from Camden Lock, and has all of the usual coffee shops, cafes, general stores on the doorstep.
