Cons:

it was a very very uncomfortable stay. when i met the owner he asked me for 6 pounds extra on top of what i paid to booking.com. yes i had my room paid for upfront.
The owner was extremely intrusive. knocking on my door waking me up at times, wanting to talk .
He would knock and then just come in so i had no choice but to lock the door.
He hands you a long list of house rules.
The bed sheets were fusty an d smelly.
The owner is a creepy and very strange, and weird sort of an individual,
On the morning i was leaving, i was no more than 5 minutes over the time for leaving as i was just gathering my stuff up and he threatened to BREAK THE DOOR IN
