Room (suite) very relaxing - staff exceptional especially when we had to make urgent alternative arrangements. Breakfast had a large and varied choice.
Sunbeds quite uncomfortable, and probably not enough of them. The Oura beach was our ‘go to’ place for the day. Glorious.
The hotel rooms are laid out like a tower of apartments in a spiral with good open space. Our room was impeccable, exceedingly comfortable with efficient air con and blackout curtains and an impressive extra large double bed which we upgraded for and requested. Generous breakfast times and buffet options, scenic view from our room balcony, great staff throughout our visit, fruit water at reception with decent snacks readily available to buy, lovely peaceful pool area with convenient bathroom and shower hut, amenities and easy garden access to the beach trail. D'Wellness spa area provided the best massages we've ever had in our lives. We were given towels for the pool as well as room towels, slippers and robes. The wardrobe was walk-in and lit up when motion was detected. Adults only resort tucked away behind crowded areas with some distance from the main strip. So clean and comfortable.
Only possible nitpick would be that the shower is a little hard to reach/use the temperature dial, and the bathroom sink tended to flow water all over the wooden counter and shelf underneath the sink. However we had extra towels to mop up!
Also, the WiFi is excellent but disconnects every time you change rooms. You have to sign back in every time.

Wir genossen ein Zimmer im 3. Stock mit Balkon und Blick auf Pool, Pinien und Meer. Sehr ruhige Lage, nur ein paar Minuten runter zur Strandbucht mit Restaurant. Albufeira Zentrum kann zu Fuss der Küste entlang in ca. 45 Min. erreicht werden oder bequem mit Uber in ca. 7 Min. Reichhaltiges Angebot am Morgen- und Abendbuffet.

The pool area was quite small with the beds being booked by towels from before 7am leaving it quite difficult at times to get a free one.
This is a great hotel in a great location. The breakfast has a great selection of hot and cold The staff are friendly and will help with any of your requests.

The location was good and the bed was comfortable....
Sorry to say lots, I was so looking forward to this stay based on the reviews but I came away disappointed. Found the room to be cramped with hardly any space for belongings. No coffee pods on arrival, after day one they are 1.20 euros each, bottled water for the 1st day only. Only Nespresso cups in the room which are not ideal for tea. Breakfast was hit & miss with cold eggs no egg station and could be a bit of a bun fight ! Biggest let down is the pool; they say they enforce no towel reservations but every morning the saddo's are out and there are just not enough beds for the size of the hotel so we did not use the pool once in our 4 day stay.......did not find it value for money at all

El desayuno es excelente, super variado. Las habitaciones amplias con detalles de cortesía como capsulas de cafe, te, agua. Excelente atención de todo el personal. Ubicación muy buena, muy tranquilo, cercano a la playa y rodeado de buenos restaurantes.
