When we got there the receptionist told us that they upgraded our standard room to a seaviews room! thanks for that!! The bedroom was reallyyyy good, the bed gigantic and super comfy. Breakfast was fantastic, had lots of options and super fresh and delicious. We didn't get to try the pool, but it looked really nice.
Frühstück war sehr lecker mit reichlicher Auswahl, Zimmer war sauber und groß genug, die Lage war sehr gut mit Meerblick!

Pontos positivos: Foi a segunda vez que visitamos o Hotel e ficamos muito surpreendidos com o facto de terem feito várias melhorias referentes a pontos menos bons que consideramos na primeira visita. Foi muito satisfatório ver que estão atentos ao feedback do cliente e que continuam com a excelência de serviço. Muito obrigados pela vossa disposição em fazer o cliente feliz. Voltaremos concerteza, pois o Aqua Pedra dos Bicos claramente se esforça todos os dias por fazer melhor. Também o pequeno almoço foi alvo das vossas imensas melhorias. Foi um dia e noite dos namorados perfeito ! Desde o pessoal da receção, ao bar e até ao staff da limpeza, pois todos não só são de extrema educação, como mostram sempre um sorriso e um toque de bom humor. E muitos parabéns aos cozinheiros/chefs pois o jantar estava muito melhor que em muitos restaurantes de nome! E desculpem por não acabarmos a sobremesa pois esta era deveras generosa =)
Pontos negativos: Nada a salientar. Espero que continuem a surpreender o cliente pela positiva como fomos surpreendidos. Se me permitirem uma sugestão, a próxima grande melhoria seria o rooftop bar. Até mais.

A equipa demonstrou sempre grande profissionalismo e simpatia, com especial destaque para a Liliana Guerreiro, que foi incansável, atenciosa e fez toda a diferença na nossa experiência. O cuidado com cada detalhe, desde o atendimento à decoração romântica, superou completamente as expectativas. Um serviço irrepreensível que tornou o momento ainda mais especial.
