The property was locate centrally and was exceptional value for money. Big, comfy bed and very clean facilities.

Staff were friendly
There were several safety and maintenance issues in our room. The sink design caused water to spill onto the floor, creating a risk of slipping. Similarly, the shower was poorly sealed, allowing water to leak from beneath the glass divider, again posing a hazard. In addition, parts of the hotel appeared unfinished, with some areas coated rather than properly painted. The swimming pool steps were also in poor condition, showing red markings and visible damage.
The dining experience was equally concerning. It was very difficult to identify which foods were suitable for vegetarians or vegans, raising concerns about possible cross-contamination. The Friday meal in particular was disappointing, with options such as undercooked octopus and pork ribs, which are not suitable for all guests. Vegetarian options were extremely limited, often leaving only bread, butter, and cheese as viable choices. On another occasion, spaghetti was served without any sauce, making it inedible.
For guests who have booked board-inclusive packages, meal options should be more inclusive and clearly labeled to accommodate different dietary requirements.
Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve both safety standards and food service for future guests.
