Pros:

La chambre était confortable, spacieuse. Le personnel de la réception est vraiment efficace lors du checking et checkOut. Ils font preuve de beaucoup d’attention et c’est fort appréciable. Par exemple, il nous explique qu’il est possible de laver trois pièces par personne par jour.
Leur terrasse est magnifique et très soigné !

Cons:

Si je peux me permettre une remarque concernant un point négatif, il s’agit du spa : la grande piscine était froide, le sauna insuffisamment chauffé et le hammam à peine utilisable.

Il est également regrettable que les clients résidant à l’hôtel doivent dépenser un minimum de 1’000 CNY pour pouvoir s’asseoir en terrasse en première ligne. Le 30 décembre, alors que plus de dix tables étaient pourtant vacantes, cette politique a été maintenue.
J’ai exprimé mon mécontentement à ce sujet, mais celui-ci n’a malheureusement suscité aucune considération de la part du personnel sur la terrasse…

Best hotel I have been to in terms of level of service and value for money.
Pros:

Amenities are all very convenient and numerous. Everything you can think of they provide. People are all extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent which is surprising in comparison to many other hotels. Location was nice and quiet but with fantastic views of the river.

We have been to some of the fanciest hotels worldwide but the level of service we felt was really excellent without any extra charges.
