Very disappointed
Pros:

I did not even have a change to see the property. I was furious and disappointed that day. Very Unprofessional and poor management specially the owner of the property,

I did not say i like the property im very disappointed tbh
I booked the accommodation that day but they did not inform us that they are fully booked. When we reached the property I’ve been waiting hours and half trying to figure out what happened of my booking. No ones informed me that they are fully booked. Very unprofessional and poor management. Especially the owner of the property. Never again.

Pros:

All in all ok. It is next to Terminal 3 which is why I booked it for one night. And for the purpose to rest some hours close to terminal one it was totally fine.

Cons:

I filtered for Hotels with a 24/7 reception on booking.com as I booked last minute and I knew I would arrive in Manila without data in the middle of the night. Turned out it is an apartment in a property with 24/7 security who did not know much what was going on with this exact apartment. It was a bit annoying as no one in the streets or around the airport knew the name of the property, which I thought is a hotel. In the end I almost couldn't check in because I couldn't access the messages of the host. Nothing unsolvable. But if you filter for a Hotel because you don't want to have the annoying check-in procedure that comes with private studios and in the end you have exactly what you wanted to avoid after a 20h travel you are annoyed enough to leave this comment.

Cons:

Everything from you entering the premises. This has nothing to do with being a hotel. This is privately owned condo for hire. The security asking for passport but have no clue about your reservation. No instructions where to go so you dragging around from "reception to reception". When you finally get helps the room is like a hostel standard and when toilet flush not working properly I left and found a proper hotel. Booking.com shouldn’t have this kind of properties available on their website.
