We checked in at approximately 5:30 PM and went directly to our room. The air conditioning was already switched on, and we only adjusted the temperature and swing function as we did not want the room to be excessively cold.
We left the hotel at approximately 8:30 PM and returned around 10:00 PM.
Upon returning to the room, the air conditioning was still running, as the room remained powered by the access card. However, despite having been running for several hours, the room was still not cool.
We tried adjusting the temperature and air-conditioning settings, but the room remained uncomfortable throughout the night.
We were extremely tired, so we initially tried to sleep despite the room being warm. Eventually, we woke up feeling very uncomfortable and sweating. At one point, we were even considering getting ready to leave the hotel because of the room temperature.
For a hotel stay, a properly functioning air-conditioning system is a basic expectation, especially when guests are paying for a comfortable room.
Regarding the breakfast, I understand that the food selection does not necessarily have to be extensive, and I have no issue with that.
However, I believe the food labels should accurately represent what is actually being served.
For example, the label stated “Chicken Curry”, but when we opened the container, there was no chicken. It consisted mainly of curry gravy, tomatoes and dried chillies.
Similarly, the dish labelled “Ikan Asam Pedas” appeared to contain only the asam pedas gravy, without any fish.
I believe this is misleading to guests, as the dish name clearly indicates that the main ingredient should be present.

location, strategically located & walking distance to main tourist attraction. Free parking, which is a great relief considering the challenges in getting public parking around the area.
A/C leakage at living room & masterbedroom. based on the tiles / wall condition, it is not the first time its happening. And we overheard another A/C leak issue with other rooms as well. Perhaps management can do something permanent about it. Also the sofa is pretty old & worn out. About time to change that.

No swimming pool
Bilik bersih. Masih ada ruang untuk solat. Ada arrow arah kiblat.
Kad untuk pintu bilik tak boleh access. 7kali tukar kad. Nak keluar bilik pun payah sebab nak masuk semula kena call staff dtang untuk buka pintu guna master kad. Duduk 4h3m, hari ke 3 petang baru maintanance repair

Must have hair dryer and rack in bathroom and must make sure all coffe/drink cup must have clean.
Lokasi yg strategic. Parking yg mudah. Staff yg baik. Harga berpatutan.
1)Bilik tiada sound proofing. Dengar bunyi pintu everytime cleaner datang buat room service every room.
2) just dpt 1 access card. Bila Minta lebih, katanya access card tak mencukupi.. aircond Di bilik lambat sejuk.

Air conditioning not working well
Location is good with a multi storey car park. With promotion, the room rate is acceptable.
The toilet, floor getting wet during shower as there was no shower screen to prevent the water from flowing to the toilet bowl.
