Value for money with the current room rates promotion.
Pros:

Location is good with a multi storey car park. With promotion, the room rate is acceptable.

Cons:

The toilet, floor getting wet during shower as there was no shower screen to prevent the water from flowing to the toilet bowl.

Not good
Cons:

Not clean, old and rotting bathroom doors, safety box and Netflix not working, curtains falling apart and windows not closing so the noise in the night was unbearable from the traffic.

Pros:

Only can gave credit to the location. Is in the middle of the city. Shops and eatery just few minutes walking distance..

Cons:

It's a old hotel just after renovation, can smell the paint.. Little bit horror bcos inside the room I feel a bit dark.i book 3 bed room. Double bed OK but the single bed is not comfy I can feel my body pain after work up, The TV don't have good channel. Food not so good.

Housekeeping
Pros:

Location near to sight seeing and Mall.
Parking available onsite for free.
Room sizes are good.

Cons:

Hotel provided 20ml of shower gel and shampoo bottle. It is not enough for 2 people to use. Especially if we want to shower more than once a day.
Reminder: Be sure to put your personal belongings in one place. I placed my dirty clothes under the sink. House keeping staff threw it away without asking us.

Not well maintain needs full renovation.
Pros:

Staff are friendly

Cons:

The bad smell of the room b4 aircon was on. It takes around 1 to 2 hours ti make the room smells ok.
