Not recommended. The hotel can’t provide basic expectation for a family stay!
Pros:

Location which is opposite Dataran Pahlawan

Cons:

We booked a family room with 3pax.
However, only 1 room card is given.
Kept asking the staff for additional room card but the excuses given is they are out of card.
Our stay became inconvenient as we had to coordinate movements constantly!

One of the lift was not functioning so the wait for lift is longer.

Good location but room was not up to standard

Only the free carpark

Cons:

The digital lock to the first room issued to us was not working and i have to go down to reception and request to change to a new room. The new assigned room was mouldy and i have to air it for 2 hours. the bed was not comfortable and led to backache. The next day, the house maid only make up the double bed but not the single bed??? Toilet was mouldy and no tooth brush /paste set provided...rather disappointing

I had my First breakfast with my Wife on (25/4/2026) Saturday.The menu are Soso,Its mean not bad at all.There area variety of Menu.
