It’s just an ok stay for us a family of 3.
Pros:

Near to all the point of interest

Cons:

It felt a bit run down. Internet was bad. Air con was leaking but they got it repaired quite fast. It felt more like an ordinary apartment. Did not feel the hotel vibes.

1. Air mineral perlu di tambah setiap hari
2. Sampah perlu di buang setiap hari

5. Permukaan Seterika perlu di bersihkan. Dan tiada penutup ditempat isian air utk wap.
6. Shower 🚿 rosak perlu di tukar.
7. Talipon bilik perlu di tukar..rosak.

Room 927 n 805 (been overnight for two different suite but all suck.
Pros:

Perfect location

Cons:

Facilty-aircond, tv, water heather old and not funtion
Staff not helpful in solving my problem when approach the above issue to reception staff... just look at me and smile but not giving contructive feedback or solutions
Wonder what is the purpose for me to write all tgis feedback as i would not back to the hotel again.

Pros:

Plenty of parking space available (first come first served basis). There’s also got restaurants right next to the hotel. Location is definitely a plus, it’s within walking distance to nearby attractions, has easy access to malls, and getting around was very convenient.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing. There was visible mold, water stains at wall, a noticeable urine smell, and the floor was extremely slippery (need extra careful). The toilet flush was also not working properly. Hopefully the management can improve the cleanliness because the location really has good potential.

Very dissapointing stay.

Just opposite Dataran Pahlawan

Cons:

WIFI was horrible. Front dest call IT to solve the problem. Wad told not to off the TV if not WIFI will not be able to connect. Was told to call everyday to reset WIFI. I just use my data as I want my privacy.

I ask housekeeping for extra floor towel for the toilet as the toilet floor wad wet but was told to request the front desk. When I call the front desk want me to pay for the extra floor towel. After s bit of argument house keeping finally sent the floor towel.

The hair dryer was an electrical hazard waiting for an accident to happen. No safety standard. Never in my adult life see this in a hotel. It simply connect to a live wire without any taping or covering of the wire.

Pros:

The room need refurbishment , it was old and paint at the windows was peeling. I was in room 1908 (2 double beds , a family room) and there was this clacking noise all the time even throughout the night! Disturbing our sleep. Housekeeping was slow when I asked for toiletries , there was no shower gel, no toothbrush and toothpaste, no shower cap , nothing! Just shampoo and round solid soap. To make matters worse, I dropped my towel on the floor so I asked for new towels from housekeeping, took that about 40mins to arrive while I wait to take a shower after a tiring day to go to sleep.... I even went down to reception to inquire .

Cons:

Staff customer service. They were quite cold like not sincere in doing their job
