Breakfast was lousy. Eggs were tasteless. Same food every day.
The room was clean and very comfortable. Convenient to the mall and attractions.

Only 2 lifts to serve the whole hotel. Have to wait for long time to go up or down.
Room were not cleaned upon check in. Had to request for a room change. Rooms are poorly maintained like a budget hotel with very basic amenity. Though price was reasonable, u pay for what u get.

Facilities not enough. Breakfast less choice. Room not clean enough.
Location is good, all walking distance from hotel. The view from the high level floor is good but not the floors below 5. Staffs are polite and patient.
Toilet bowl is not functioning well in my room on the 10th floor. There is no tissue paper in my room. Some lights are not working.
