Disappointing stay

Overall I like the hotel

Cons:

I have been staying here for numerous time and were very happy with everything. However my recent stay was very disappointing. Firstly i was not given the room that i booked, then when they gave me the room they asked for extra payment saying that it was an upgrade but i did not make the payment as it was not correct. Then the room that the gave me had a faulty tap and the bathroom had no shower curtain and the floor was such that water flowed to the whole bathroom when we showered which made it unsafe. On top of that when we asked for the room to be cleaned, it was not done until we called for housekeeping when we came back in the evening.

My executive room was bare and tattered...paint peeling off furniture and glass windows were stained. The room was big with a tiny bathroom with bare minimals. Overall...below expectations.

Don’t check in on holiday..
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Arrive at hotel at 1.30pm during Hari Raya but only managed to check in at 10pm. Poor reception staff have to face many angry tenants due long delay check in because of house keeping understaffed.

Good strategic
Pros:

The location is strategic. The room is nice, clean.

Cons:

When we went to our room the door have problem. We supposed to check in at 3pm, by then we wait for 20 minit outside for the staff to fix the door. That is okay, it happen again when we when out and come back from outside. 🫠 we need to go back down again for asking for help. I think is not only us facing the same problem.
