Service quality was disappointing.
- The room wasn’t cleaned up after the previous guest had left and i was handed the keys.
- bedsheets were unclean. Which makes me think what else wasn’t clean!!
- the staff barged in without knocking thinking there’s no one in the room
- bathroom was unclean

Hot water supply system.. needs to improve.

It was a hopeless experience for my parents.i booked it after seeing the reviews on booking.com but neither washrooms had enough toileteries,nor they had bread in breakfast..the staff was struggling to give service.
Not worth staying..waste of money.
Request bookin.com to downgrade them.

1. No hot water supply — I was told to call at the reception and ask them to turn on hot water each time I needed to use it. How inconvenient is that? Hot water supply is one the basic amenities and also the most important in a hill station. Even after informing the reception, nothing was done. Took bath in lukewarm to cold water.

2. They charge you 7000-9000 rs per night, but their facilities are at par with the hotels charging 3K per night. The washroom’s drain was clogged. The entire washroom was flooded when I was in shower (barely in 10 mins). The water just wouldn’t drain.

3. They have nice modern fittings in the washroom — massage jets, jacuzzi and all that jazz. But guess what’s missing? Water pressure. How do you ecpect them to work without water pressure?? The water pressure was so bad that it was difficult to even wash the shampoo off of my hair.

4. They are all about duping the customers. You see the pictures on booking dot com? Kindly do not go with them. Because you’d select a “King room with mountain view” and would eventually be given a room with another building blocking the view from the balcony and you’d still be paying 7-8K for it.

5. They will tell you they don’t have rooms available and will only show you the expensive ones (9K per night) and tell you that’s all there is available. But on booking dot com, you see that there are rooms with lower tariff available.

THE HOTEL IS NOT LOCATED AT A CONVENIENT LOCATION. You can’t drive there directly unless you’re an ultra experienced mountain driver. You’ve to pay at least 300/ from taxi stand to hotel. Arrived at the hotel at 8pm after a 6 hour long drive. Had booked a deluxe room for 8000/- rupees but found out it did not have a view at all so wanted to upgrade. They offered me an upgrade at 18000/- rupees to a superior room. Double price straightaway which is shameful because they could see we are tired and wanted to make the most money out of this situation !!! Instead of being understanding that it’s a tired guest checking in at 8pm they continued arguing and ultimately settled at 14000/- rupees and we were finally checked in but not higher than the second floor.
Linen was super dirty with duvet cover having two shoe marks which was smartly covered with the bed runner.
Room had a lot of insects and bugs so the hotel badly needs pest control as well.
Had to call reception for hot water everytime you want to use it which is not what you expect after paying such a high amount. Imagine calling reception if you want to wash your hands with hot water. This is not how a hotel works.
The WC flush panel keeps falling off. Bathroom exhaust was not working.Linen was not changed during service and floor was not cleaned as well. Bathroom amenities such as shower cap etc were not refilled and we had to ask for it afain the next day. I had to ask for duvet cover and bedsheet and changed it myself.
Washbasin drain and shower drain are too slow. You can only use shower for 15 seconds before the whole bathroom starts getting flooded.
If I had paid 14000/- for two nights at any other hotel, I’m sure the experience would have been much much better.

The room was not very cleaned when we arrived.
You need to ask for hot water when you need to have a shower.
During the weekend there was a group of guest that were having a party in the room which made it very hard to sleep - hotel staff acted upon it but guests did not stop noise immediately.
Its quite high in the mountain, involves a lot of walking - which we didnt mind, but if you have mobility issues you will need to take taxi all the time
