Agréable, beau, très bon hébergement et lieu de vie pour un bon séjour.
Pros:

Un équipement et un agencement et organisation d'un lieu de vie très bien étudié et analysé pour y être bien. Logement propre, soigné, pratique, fonctionnel, repond au besoin. Appartement tès agréable et acceuillant. Personnel réactif et à l'écoute.

J'ai aimé la proximité par rapport à la gare et au centre ville. Par contre la rue est relativement calme. La propreté de la chambre et son aménagement. Vraiment j'ai passé un très bon séjour et je reviendrai. Merci pour les infos précises qui sont données régulièrement.

Cons:

On entend le bruit des chambres voisines bien qu'il n'y avait pas de tapage et les voitures qui passent (1 ou 2). Je pense que c'est dû à un problème d insonorisation. Mais cela ne m'a pas du tout dérangé.

Idéal pour une nuit au calme à Reims, après un concert.
Pros:

Appartement calme, donnant sur la cour/parking.
Proximité de La Cartonnerie.
Pas de problème pour y accéder et récupérer la clef.

Cons:

Le radiateur ne chauffe pas beaucoup dans la salle de bains et un porte-manteau serait le bienvenu dans la chambre, ainsi qu'un torchon pour la vaisselle.

Peux mieux faire
Pros:

Appartement bien agencé et très bien situé à 15 minutes de la place drouet d'erlon et à 5 minutes de l'arèna et à pied bien sûr.
Résidence calme et parking intérieur en supplément mais pour la tranquillité c'est très bien.

Cons:

L'état pitoyable de la literie de surface (protège matelas sale et avec des cheveux- drap sale avec des traces au pied-oreillers jaunis) et bien sûr si on ne prend pas la peine de défaire le lit on ne voit rien.
Je trouve cela franchement inacceptable on parle d'hygiène quand même.
